I could see myself bringing in a print and having the staff here bring it to life with their skillful framing and design abilities. However, from the art gallery perspective, it was a lovely place and they had some terrific art on display. Fun fact, my partner and I had been admiring several pieces at different galleries throughout town and noticed that the same artist was on display here. As we were observing that out loud, the artist himself walked over and introduced himself. It was amazing-and such a testament to the small world philosophy.

He claimed it was from cleaning out his truck after camping(why are you cleaning your truck when I'm paying you to fix things?) I'm starting to figure out he was lieing for sure because we keep finding bottle caps everywhere. Definitely do not waste your money.

Skyler was very professional and extremely communicative with me every step of the way. They reinforced some areas of the deck as a well as refinishing it. They also installed a front porch railing to assist my mom in ascending her porch steps. She loved the work. Recently, after the heavy snows this year, the deck started peeling up in spots. This was also possibly due to her dog repeatedly urinating on it in the winter. Contacted Skyler and they did an amazing job on sanding and cleaning it up as well as resealing it. He gave us a fair price and it looks wonderful. My mom is super happy with it. I would say the best thing about this company is the constant communication on progress and/or issues. Our experience was not that great with Immaculate Homes. We didn't receive a final cost from them…read moreuntil a few days before closing, regardless of how many times I asked our salesman Chris Douglass for a final cost via email and phone. Our home started off with windows and framing done wrong, so that set us back having to reorder almost entirely new windows throughout the entire home. Our home sat for about two months untouched, and without any progress, and they leaned heavily on the "covid" card, even though my husband saw all of our windows sitting, ready to go and be installed. Anna Christensen is one of the owners and her attitude was not a welcome one. Very short with us. Maybe those who know her have a pleasant time with her, but if you're not a connection it's not a fun process. We were told by Chris Douglass that the build would take 6 months (and this he told us in the middle of the covid pandemic). It took 9 months to finish and we had to pay $1000's in additional loan fees/interest because of their lack of urgency to finish it when they said they would. He also told us from the beginning they were a fixed cost builder. We never received a fixed cost. Each month the price got higher. And we didn't know the final cost until a few days before closing. This created so much anxiety for us. I couldn't sleep a full nights sleep for like two months. And I can't tell you how many times I asked him for a meeting to go over the costs and receive a final price. We were basically ignored. He would send us the updated costs, but never gave us a final price until the end. We asked for proof for all of the increases in price, which came to almost $20k in increases, and he refused to show us invoices for the increases. We wouldn't build with them again after everything during our build experience.

We have been in our new home for 7 months and we love it! We are very happy with Immaculate. Even after we moved in, they were great to answer any questions and concerns we had.
