He asked me what color and I said french tip and he looked at me like I was crazy then tried to make a joke like we only have American here. I laughed and at first thought he was joking I asked him to make the water a little less hot and he said he felt sorry for my husband because I was being too much. I came to get a pedicure for my wedding and Sam made this experience really bad instead of being nice. He also told me I was making his back hurt just a horrible experience. Came back to Sport Clips because my first visit was great--the stylist (wish I remembered her name)…read moredid an awesome job. Unfortunately, this time I saw Robyn (the manager), and the experience was disappointing. I asked for scissors, but she used clippers, and the cut ended up uneven on both sides. There was very little communication throughout--no check-ins to see how things were looking--and overall it felt rushed and inattentive. I know everyone has off days, but this was not the level of care I expected, especially from a manager. Hoping for a better experience next time.
