She rushed through the whole process and kept getting on her phone in the middle of steps. My daughter bawled her eyes out after the appointment and was beyond devastated. Her hair turned out looking like absolute sh*t. She had her hair dyed brown and there were these patches where it seemed as though the dye wasn't even put in her hair thoroughly.
