He did it the right way....power washed the stucco, patched the stucco, scraped the the flaking paint off the wood trim, primed around the new windows, covered the doors and windows,cleared the rock and soil from the stem wall. Then he painted. 2 coats. 1 sprayed on 1 rolled on, for full coverage. After they cleaned and removed all of the drop cloths and spray barriers, they put my potted plants and BBQ back into place. Our development has an HOA, so I kept the same paint color. I didn't realize how faded my house paint was, until now. Big difference. Looks great.

We had a great weather week and they finished at the end of that week. They were very thorough and tidy in their work. Punctual and cleaned up after every day.
