Excessive charges and poor communication. I brought in my cats to have their ears checked for infection. They only examined one cat I had to call back to clarify. They charged for 2 ear exams ($107) and additionally for a complete exam of both ($200) They charged an urgent care fee ($70) for a situation that wasn't urgent , I could have waited a couple days for an appointment and it was nearly 4 hours before they were finished. I was correct about the ear infection and no other issues. They sold me 5 ml Ofloxacin Otic($80). Later I found a 10ml bottle available on chewy .com for only $14. I asked to have the $70 urgent care fee removed from my bill but they refused. If I had been able to purchased the ear drops without a prescription I could have dealt with the whole issue for $14. My final cost was $450. Apparently inflating the bill is their standard practice.

We have used Alpine for years. We are happy with the care they give our Alaskan Malamutes.

Got our very sick dog in on a Sunday. Were kind and thorough. We would definitely recommend for general and emergencies.

I was visiting from out of town for my wedding and my (baddd) dog decided to eat a bunch of gravel…read moreat our AirBnb unbeknownst to us! We had to spend the day after our wedding at the emergency vet while she basically became a dog version of an asphalt paver. The emergency vet was encouraged she had passed enough to avoid surgery, but wanted a follow up x-ray done the next day. So we extended our stay a day and I woke up first thing on Monday to call multiple vets in the area at 8am and was denied over and over and over saying "oh our doctors don't typically like to take on cases that they don't know" HUH? Then I called Arrowleaf and Kylie answered with compassion, humor, and empathy to our situation. They were able to get us in same day and Dr. Morelos took the time to go over her previous "issues" (she's had a lot) and discuss some options to present to our vet back at home, while also assuring us that our dog's x-rays look good and we can travel back the next day. Thankfully our dog is fine and has since passed the remaining rocks, but I am so grateful for places like this to help when you aren't home and things can feel a bit stressful! So thank you!

Today reminded me why I'm so grateful for Arrowleaf Veterinary Clinic. When my cat, Dapper Stewart,…read morestarted showing signs of distress - constant meowing, restlessness, and spending unusually long periods in his litter box - I knew something wasn't right. One call to Kylie at 11AM, and they immediately made space in their schedule to examine him. Dr. Johnson's thoroughness and compassion stood out yet again. She took her time examining Dapper, working diligently to pinpoint the source of his discomfort and develop the right treatment plan. But what truly sets this clinic apart is how the entire staff treats their four-legged patients. They don't just care for Dapper - they genuinely adore him, greeting him like an old friend every time we visit. To Dr. Johnson and her exceptional team: thank you for being there when we needed you, and for treating my furry companion with such warmth and expertise. You've shown once again why you're more than just a vet clinic - you're partners in keeping our pets healthy and happy.
