Each apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, gray hardwood floors, an updated bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, and a digital intercom. The interior design of the apartments was one of the best I'd seen in this price range and location. The overall building is also secure. You need a fob or code to get in. Delivery packages can also be delivered inside the building through a code instead of being left outside. The apartment's digital intercom also allow you to see who's outside. Management for the building is also very responsive and accommodating. They really try to work with you if any issues to arise. The only downsides of this building are the construction next door and the thin walls.

When my daughter was living in one of the Properties they managed, it was IMPOSSIBLE to actually speak with someone and emails and maintenance submissions to their portal went unanswered. Her lease thankfully ended 7/31/2022, however, she still has not received her security deposit (which according to the lease THEY signed, should have been returned in 30 days). Of course I have made countless calls and sent multiple emails with no response. Don't let the fact that a former Temple Grad and Army Veteran is one of the managers of this company. It means NOTHING!! I would have expected a company with some kind of integrity.
