They were available in short order during our option period, showed up right before n time, and charged us $250. We had Chapman Plumbing out afterward to flush our water heater and do some minor plumbing repairs. It was about a week before they had a plumber available, but he showed up in time and did a good job. Their pricing seemed a bit high for this service, but the work seems to have been done well. The two companies are under the same umbrella, so you just call one number to schedule.

Since this was a small on-going leak, I expected them to schedule me like a Dentist or Doctor would...asking "we have an opening 3 months from now, how does that sound?" Instead it was... "we can come over this morning." Well, within an hour, this narly dude named Tyler who claims 20-some years of experience showed up, examined the situation, cut the hole in the ceiling, and fixed the leak. The leak was due to aging pipes. The best part is it took him less than an hour! He asked for payment on the spot and took Visa which is just fine with me. I'll definitely remember Ready Rooter & Chapman Plumbing again because this guy put other plumbers I have used over the years to shame.

About 3 months ago, I called them seeking repairs on my heat pump. I never talked with a real human being and was only able to leave them a voice message. Crickets, I never heard from them. Fast forward 3 months and my heat pump finally died, and I am in the process of getting bids to install a new system. It was a repeat of my first attempt to contact them, I never got a real person, but I did leave a voice message for them, again I left my name, number, and what I was trying to accomplish. Again, crickets. After 4 full days, 2 full business days (I called Friday morning and here we are after close of business the following Monday and still no call from them. Seeing how the heat pump is completely kaput, I cannot waste any more time waiting for them to reply. So yes, I will leave you alone now. After two ignored attempts at contacting you, you don't ever have to worry about me calling you again. I will ignore you now and I will tell others to do the same as well. Thanks for nothing, you really delivered on that!

They answered all of our questions and looked at all possible options before helping us decide it was time to retire the old one. There was no pressure to to upgrade or upsell and it was quite obvious they just wanted to help us get our heat back on and find the best solution for us. They spec'd a unit and from the time we called to the install completion was just a handful of days. Jason cleaned up all of our very old venting and ducts, installed a special grounding component (old electrical), upgraded our incoming gas lines, made use of components on our old unit to save cost, and had the foresight to recommend a base that will allow us to upgrade/install AC in the future. Our furnace closet was neater and tidier then when they started. Needless to say we are very pleased with the result and happy we chose Larry McGinnis, Jason, and his team. We will be installing an AC unit this summer and we definitely know who we are going to call! Thanks Larry, Jason, and team!
