From Day 1 to the project completion, he went above and beyond to insure I was communicated with on what would be happening next, when it would happen and how long it would take. He handled everything. The work done by each of their contractors was exceptional. They showed up when expected, were both professional and personable and treated my house with the same respect as they would their own. They also made sure to clean up after their work each day. Alpine's estimated cost up front was right on plan and there were no surprise expenses during the project or at the end. I greatly appreciated a fair and accurate cost for my budgeting purposes. Once we decided to hire Alpine, we knew we had made the right decision. We were on a budget but we wanted A LOT of things done. Our kitchen needed a major overhaul, but we wanted to keep the appliances. I wanted a bathtub in the master, my husband wanted a walk-in shower. Our guest bathroom needed some love, and our entryway didn't "flow" with the rest of the house. Once Alpine did a walk- through with us, I felt like they got the vision right away. We couldn't do everything I wanted without busting down walls and adding square footage, but they came up with workable solutions that I am so very happy with. We LOVE our new kitchen, bathrooms, and entryway. We spoke with Zach, our project manager, almost daily throughout the process. He answered my call every single time within an hour, if not minutes. He offered opinions when asked, as did all of the amazing contractors throughout the process. That's another bonus- Alpine has a network of trusted people they work with, and they're all wonderful. From start to finish, everyone who came through my doors was courteous, professional, likable, and timely. I liked everyone so much, I invited them all after the work was done to show them my appreciation with a little gathering. On 25 Sep 2024 I had Alpine Contracting come to my house to give me an initial estimate to remodel my kitchen and finish my basement. I could not have been more angry and totally displeased when the two guys left. I showed them the type cabinets I wanted, and the lead guy (can't remember his name because he took back his business card on his way out!) kept pushing me towards white shaker cabinets. I don't want white cabinets -- they would not look good in my house/decorating. He kept pushing "cheap" -- I don't have a budget. Just tell me how much. He used the drawings that I made on my computer of the kitchen layout, and came up with no ideas of his own. I asked several times for MORE cabinet space -- he kept giving me less. I asked for ideas on a walk-in pantry -- no response. They wanted to put a pantry in the diningroom/familyroom wall -- far away from the kitchen and would block the walkway and force the move of the thermostat. I told him that I wanted a window or two removed (and possibly placed higher in the point of the ceiling, they ultimately said I would have to take care of that myself with Anderson Renewal. They came up with NO ideas themselves!!! Very frustrating. I could have given them the cabinet dimensions I used for the 3 drawings if they had asked, but they just kept downsizing everything and recommending a spice pull-out cabinet (which I absolutely do NOT want). Things only got worse when we went to the basement. All the things I wanted, i.e., 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an entertainment area with a row of cabinets for a small refridgerator and microwave were turned down. They said they'd have to dig up my yard, and said "it's only rocks". HOW INSULTING!! I just spent $40K relandscaping my yard with xeriscape plants, rocks, fake grass, boulders, mulch, fancy stairs down to the walkout basement. I understand the building requirements, but your representatives should watch what they say about the customer's property. I have a custom window well cover on that window too. Just like upstairs they continued to push me towards a "cheaper" option: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a huge entertainment area. I do not want that. I want more bedrooms and walk-in closets for resale value. These guys never had an original thought in their lives! Were very insulting and pushy about them wanting a cheaper answer to everything. I never said I wanted cheap anything!!! I can spend up to $550K!!! And they were beyond insulting. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??? read more

I recently contracted Alpine Contracting to complete a kitchen and bathroom remodel on a home I was going to sell. Both projects turned out beautifully! Eddie communicated well with me, keeping me posted on the progress. As things progressed, I kept adding additional items to the list, such as refinishing the hardwood flooring, some painting and washing the outside of my house, and all were completed in a timely manner and looked beautiful! There were a couple of things that weren't perfect, but as soon as I let Eddie know, he would send someone to fix it immediately! Alpine Contracting was recommended to us for their quality of service. We were not disappointed, to say the least. From the design phase to the finished construction, we not only enjoyed Michael and Eddie's collaborative approach, but were impressed with their transparency, proactivity, and expertise. All of the sub-contractors were terrific, which we all know is one of the essential keys to a successful contracting business. Alpine demo'd multiple large columns in our house, expertly restored walls and ceiling (excellent hand-troweling), refinished our hardwood floors, remodeled our laundry room and changed out our upstairs and basement lighting. We researched several remodeling companies and chose Alpine because of their very detailed planning process and because they become your project manager. I have used then a couple time for home projects and have always been pleased with their quality and professionalism.

We were first time home renovators and had herd nothing but horror stories before pulling the plug with Alpine. We need a loft converted into a 4th bedroom. We called around to MULTIPLE places and no one gave us the time of day, with the exception of Alpine. Eddie showed up, walked our home, measured, was frank open and honest about pricing, timeline and quality. Before we even signed a contract he was sending us ideas and options to pick from. Im glad we went with Alpine and would go back again if needed. Eddie and his team were punctual, extremely communicative and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for. They are by no means " the cheapest" but they are by no means outrageous either. The quality matched the cost. If you are on the fence about a home renovation projects I would highly recommend giving them a call. We've used Alpine Contracting for two projects: A new ledger stone surround for our Great Room fireplace and Talavera tile inlays and concrete staining for our front entrance. Alpine's performance on both was superb. Communications with Kevin were always clear, complete, and prompt. The crews arrived punctually, maintained a very clean worksite, and finished on schedule.
