Karl was extremely pleasant, quickly gave me the estimate, and talked to me like I was an important client. The insurance tried to tell him that they had found the part I needed, the back lift door, and he advised them the one they had picked was not insurance worthy, basically, it was a piece of garbage. He already had found the part and the insurance agreed to use the one Karl had located. Karl had the car done one day early, and the work looks amazing. You can't tell there was any damage. He (they) did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend Brothers!!

Most recently he thought he could repair the fender on my CRV but once he got in there he realized that a fender replacement was the better solution. While I wasn't crazy about the extra $ since I was paying out of pocket, I appreciated his explanation of why this was a better solution considering my car is only 3 years old. I hope I don't need collision repairs in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate taking my car back to Brothers Auto Collision.

If I could give this business ten stars, I would. I found myself needing to get a dent fixed ASAP…read moreand I called four other businesses closer to my house. All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

They said they don't accept out-of-state credit unions, which I mentioned is where I'm financing . I've financed with my CU plenty of times and in Ohio, and on vehicles, and transferred money,I let them know not a problem! i can transfer the money - PNC, citizens? What bank do you prefer it's not an issue I'll still get you the money in the 24 to 48 hours. And I'll pay you right now to hold it. Chrissy or Christy who I was dealing with kept telling me they don't accept Credit Union money from out of state. And I kept explaining, it's not an issue of their concern where or how I'm financing, the check or wire transfer they will receive can come from another bank. So what bank they want it from? And she kept telling me it doesn't matter they won't take my money. I was adamant that that made no sense! I could get them the money however they wanted it and would pay right now to hold it. And I was literally told and I quote ; you can either finance with us or you can find a car in Michigan or Pennsylvania or wherever it is you're from, but we aren't accepting your money. I left a message for the GM and then, despite the red flags, I had put time into this , my credit union was already working on it so i texted her to please send me a bill of sale - I want the car I have the funding you'll have it within 48 hours and I'll provide money down to hold it right now. She got back to me a few hours later and said no I'm not doing that and we have a lot of interest in the vehicle so it is no longer available to you. WHAT?! what a bad reflection of the dealer group and Hyundai.

I was skeptical at first but I went to DNR (dealership recommended), not only were they able to get the custom repair done in the same day but they noticed my transmission bearings leaking (they physically showed me), got the parts in and repaired it on the spot. No Mazda dealership would of done that in the same day! I have since went back to DNR for tune up upgrades including turbo inlet upgrades, blow off kit, and short ram cold air. They have a break room with kid toys for my 3 year old daughter to play with along with a HDTV and free WiFi to aid with the wait. I got dealership quality service at half the price!
