AVOID THIS PLACE for dog sledding. We just finished the trail and it was a very sad experience. The dogs appeared malnourished. They dismissed my concerns as their being "fit." Some acted like abused dogs and were very skittish with their tales between the legs. They are all chained up outside. The dogs that were not working were also chained up. Each one had a plastic tubular housing, completely open on both ends, so exposure to the elements is inevitable. It was a very concerning site. The lead dog was elderly, 9 years old, with significant dental decay. She stopped often along the trail and appeared winded. The staffer at the office desk was very pushy regarding tipping. It was expected to tip 20% on a $700 bill for an hour ride. I asked her why she doesn't pay her employees enough, and why counts on patrons for her employees to earn a living. At $175 per person, I would think they should take care of their employees! I JUST FOUND OUT THEY WERE REPORTED FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! PLEASE DO NOT PATRON THIS PLACE. IT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

I was very excited to go dogsledding but also worried about the treatment of dogs and if it was really something that I should be supporting . Luckily my fears were put at ease as soon as the dogs saw us, they were pulling at their leashes to run and wanted to play with their new visitors. The dogs were especially excited to see the tour guide. It was exactly how excited any dog gets when it's owner enters a room after being gone. If they were being mistreated, there is no way they would greet him so enthusiastically. I got my turn to drive the dogs lad and it was amazing to see how the dogs stayed on course and all I was really doing was applying the brake to slow them down as needed. When I came to a stop and put the brake on, I could physically feel the dogs still wanting to pull the sled. They didn't hate pulling it, they just hated stopping and wanted to keep running. We really enjoyed our experience and so would recommend Alpine Adventure Dogsledding if you have ever wanted to give it a try.

Great experience from the moment we called to book our tour!! Don't remember the name of the gal we talked to on the phone, she gave us lots of helpful information. We came from Breckinridge it was about an hour away. Once we got there we were greeted in the office by the cutest golden retriever. They supplied ski overalls and had extra ski goggles for us to wear. Our tour guide was Jake! Jake introduced us to the dogs before we took off. They were all so cute and ready to run. My husband and I got to take turns guiding the dogs, with jakes help. We stopped along the way to take pictures and pet the dogs! The views were absolutely gorgeous! We would definitely recommend Jake as your tour guide! Very informative and we all had lots of light hearted conversations. It was a perfect day for dog sledding, they did mention the dogs don't usually run in temperatures above 38 degrees, so make sure to call and check on the nicer days. All staff was very friendly. The only unappealing thing about our experience was the sleeping conditions of the dogs. However we do understand they are working dogs and this specific breed is comfortable in cold weather. (Our husky fur baby is spoiled) I will be telling all my friends and family about our wonderful time here!!

This was a fun birthday surprise! Our guide, Austin was great. He was very conversant and enjoyable as well as gave good instructions on how to guide from the skids. I loved that we got to meet the dogs before we headed out. When we were with Austin, all the dogs were welcoming of petting. The dogs in the kennel area were about 50/50, some LOVED the attention others were quite timid. For sure print the directions, they are not hard, but there is NO signal up there! BTW, there is a cute mining museum in Leadville that is worth a look if you are going for the day :)

We had a great time with Justin our tour guide. He was very personable, energetic and kept it fun but safe at the same time. He made sure we respected the dogs and kept their safety in mind as well. The dogs were so great and nice to the kids and allowed them to get close and pet them. We had Lily as our lead dog and she was shy but did an excellent job. The tour felt like it was just the right amount of time and Justin made sure everyone was able to drive the sled and made sure the kids were comfortable throughout the tour. After the tour we were allowed to visit with the dogs in the kennel and all the dogs were very pleasant and allowed the kids to come up to them and love on them. Overall it was a terrific experience and I would most definitely recommend this location to friends and family!

Our experience at Leadville was top notch. We got there early as requested and they provided snow bibs and snow boots if needed. Our tour was with Austin - who was amazing and super friendly! He ran a team of 10 dogs that day and we got to make friends with all the pups and learn their names! My girlfriend drove the sled first and I rode sitting down in the sled and then we switched. I definitely liked riding more than driving. It was a blast. Would definitely do it again! Thanks Austin for a great tour!

We had a fantastic adventure! The guides are all friendly and very knowledgeable. You can tell that they take care of their dogs and pride themselves in working hard to maintain healthy animals. The surrounding mountains give an excellent backdrop for photos. We had a clear, sunny day and a really good time! Steering the sled wasn't challenging so it's a family friendly experience. The facility has some outhouses, they provide hot cocoa, but prepare yourself with lots of warm clothing.

My first time dogsledding and I'm glad I came here . Got a little turned when trying to find place but it's in open location. Very organized and instructors were very nice and knowledgeable they also let us help feed some of the dogs . The most fun I had was in the dog pit with all the lovely dogs they all have such character. Next time I'm in Colorado I will be back here.

LOVE!!!! They have 3 options for dog sledding, We did the $70, 80 minute private tour with 6 passengers. Paired off in 3's, each group got to lead/ride with the dog sled. The dog sled team essentially follows the guide and other passengers that are riding on the snowmobile. Staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeble. Temperatures dropped down during our tour, and somehow our guide must have asked someone to snowmobile out to come bring us blankets. Also, plenty of time to play with the dogs and hang out with them! And what's awesome is that Alpine Adventures works with 7 other animal shelters to rescue these dogs, especially when most of them were race dogs in their prime years. They also provide complimentary hot cocoa, and apple cider. And snow boots. Thanks for a great time! :)

My family and I (total party of 4) were not content with our experience at Alpine Adventures. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Despite the fact that they explain on their website that two participants are on the sled at a time while the others are on a snowmobile, we didn't expect to be so far away from the dog sled, which you can see in one of the pictures uploaded. For such an expensive price, each person only spends a short 20 minutes on the sled because the company put us in a group of 6 (total). The other 40 minutes you're on a snowmobile far away from the dogs. I gave the company one star because the views of the mountains were beautiful. If it weren't for the mountains , I would have put zero stars. However, the rest of the trail is not as enjoyable considering it is on an open field of snow and only goes around in circles, compared to touring through the woods or around a mountain. We have participated in dog sledding before in other places and the trails would go through woods, and we were disappointed with Alpine Adventure's trails. During the tour the dogs do not go fast. Again, on other dog sledding experiences, the dogs would run at a high speed and loved doing it. These dogs were going on more of a jog rather than a run. We understand that the dogs should not be overworked, but we think the company should put more dogs on one tour in order to go faster, and book less tours if needed in order to make a more enjoyable experience (for the price paid!!) We are also highly concerned for the safety of the dogs at Alpine Adventure. The staff members informed us they have over 120 dogs, but they do not provide the resources to care for them properly. Many of the dogs look malnourished and they have very small living spaces (shown in pictures). When asked, the staff confirmed that the dogs sleep outside in their tubes during the cold winter months because "they're used to the cold." The dogs looked worn out and were chained, which only allowed them to walk about 3 feet around their tubes. My heart breaks when I think of what these dogs' lives are like. If you look at the pictures, you can also see some of the roofs of the houses are completely broken and falling apart. Our tour guide informed us that the dogs that are blind are housed here in order to be protected from the sunlight, but we feel that these living quarters are highly dangerous for the dogs, as the roof looks like it could collapse at any moment. Overall, I recommend for everyone to save their money, time, and hearts and do not book with Alpine Adventures. For the price paid, each participant should spend more time on the sled, and the trail should be more entertaining. Alpine Adventures should start caring for their dogs more in order to improve their living standards. The dogs need to be cared for.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Thats the only reason I considered giving the company a 2 star. Other than that this was a waste of money. The location is in a trailer that had a bucket in the center of the floor bc the roof was leaking. The pictures inside the office advertises Siberian huskies. We asked will those be the dogs for our tour and the guy at the front desk says "yes, they are all huskies." We didn't think anything else of it. They have four portal potties outside without a soap and water station/sink. We were instructed to use the hand sanitizer. Okay fine. Something is better than nothing we said. We walk outside to start the tour. They began showing us the dogs. Instantly we mention which dogs we would prefer for picture sake bc these dogs looked absolutely nothing like advertised. We weren't able to select them. They gave us 6 dogs. 2 years old and thin. Immediately we're upset. They insist the dogs will be able to pull us the entire route and we'll get great pictures. Obviously we weren't asking the right questions, but just know it's a 6 mile trial in an open area. The view of Mount Everest was the best part. The dogs only run 6 mph. We asked to go faster;however, the instructor said they will pick up as we are going downhill. While patiently waiting to go downhill the dogs picked up the speed twice. We spoke with the receptionist following the ride and he explained to me afterwards that the dogs can't go any faster bc they would overheat. Our experience was not what we expected. Do not purchase dog sleighing with this company. Find a place with scenery, occasional slopes, trees, and dogs worth the pictures. This place is a real shack.
My wife and I had the pleasure of going on the 90 minute dog sledding tour on 2/23/24 at Alpine Adventures. Our guide Tyler was great, and taught us a lot about how his dogs operate. The views were excellent, and the dogs were very well trained. We'd never been on a dog sled before much less driven one, but it was very manageable even for novices like us. We had a great time, and I would definitely recommend Alpine Adventures. Only point of caution I would mention here is the remoteness of the location. We drove down from Vail on Route 24, and it was a challenging drive over a mountain pass with it having snowed just an inch or two the night before. If there's any snow on the road, I'd be sure to give yourself extra time to get here. Afterwards, we drove up Route 91 back towards Denver and that route was much easier of a drive. read more

My husband booked us a dog sledding trip while we were visiting Colorado. Compared to other places we've gone dog sledding, like Alaska and even nearby Breckenridge, the dogs here didn't appear well cared for-- they didn't belong in those conditions. When we returned to our Airbnb, we did some research and discovered that the owner of this operation was charged with animal cruelty just a year ago. Here's the article: https://www.summitdaily.com/news/owner-of-leadville-dogsled-business-pleads-not-guilty-to-animal-cruelty-charges/ This was incredibly upsetting. I truly hope the living conditions for these dogs improve or please surrender them to a shelter don't mistreat these poor dogs. read more

First of all, I hate Yelp. I typically will only go out of my way to write a positive review, especially on a family run/small business. I am not a fan of negative energy or people. So for me to take time to write this already says a lot. Our guide was amazing. He was sweet as pie and I wish him well. He's the only reason why we enjoyed our morning. He interacted with my son wonderfully and hearing my son laugh and squeal with joy is the best. There's 100+ dogs. You pull up and the facilities are horrific! Should be torn down or put into some Freddy Kruger Nightmare on Elm Street movie, It's a safety hazard for humans and animals. We paid almost $800 for 3 people + a $200 tip to our guide (the tip part was fine), had to use the most disgusting, dirty, lopsided and FULL outhouses I've ever seen, front desk lady was extremely rude and the list goes on and on. Overall, you ride around in an open field. We've been on many other sledding tours and those were worth every penny! We saw others with a larger group be separated, 1-2 in the dog sled and the rest being pulled in a some sort of wagon/cart. They had to alternate in the dog sled. Typically parties are all in sleds following each other. I've never seen anything like this. I do not recommend this dog sledding business. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would! We went for a sledding trip but ended up leaving. The dogs looked like they are not being treated well at all. Multiple dogs were just standing with tail between their legs and ears back and head down. Animal lovers know that is not a sign of a happy dog. Multiple dogs were fighting and yelping out. They are chained to and sleeping in metal barrels. It felt horrible just being there. They had dogs chained up in broken down wooden barns, they said they are in there getting medications. Some were so thin you could see ribs! A sight I would not want anyone to see. I cried all the way back to my resort. Do not give them your money read more

It is unsuitable for kids who don't have enough weight and is definitely not worth the money. We paid $690 for two adults and two kids, and all we got was 10 minutes each for the adults. They squeezed us with another party because our initial reservation was canceled due to heavy snow, and the Guide was in a hurry. The Guide drove the snow sled while my 5-year-old and I were still settling, and we both fell and got hurt. The Guide didn't even have the empathy to check on us and see if we were okay. Because of the guide's carelessness, we both got bruises on our backs and legs. When it was my wife's turn, she fell a couple of times because the sley angle wasn't right, and the dogs started to run. If you pair up multiple parties, you need better planning, coordination, and patience. read more

This place is great!! For starters, they have over 150 dogs and an open kennel policy (meaning after your trip you can stay as long as you want and pet all the dogs..who want to be loved). Upon arrival you sign a basic waver and if chosen to, you dress yourself in their bibs and snow boots at no extra cost! If you arrive early, they have complimentary hot chocolate to enjoy! (I'm sure you could have some after if you prefer) Next the guide brings you to meet your dogs (I was overly impressed how well our guide knows the dogs..names and personality and age.., and knows how to perfectly pick them). Best part? YOU are the one on the sled or riding IN the sled with a cozy blanket. My boyfriend and I had a blast in both positions and learning the hand signals of your guide is quick and easy! On a clear day, your views of Mt Massive and the Continental Divide are impeccable! Our guide Zack was great with telling us a little trivia and stopped us for a great picture op! The track is 5 miles and takes about an hour with a few stops. We LOVED this experience and recommend everyone to try! read more

Let me just start my review by stating the positive which was our guide. Our guide was great and very accommodating and had a great personality. This place was overpriced and I feel so bad for the dogs, my conscience hasn't stopped bothering me. They take you through an open field so it's not like other places where you go through the woods. The view is beautiful but I would have loved to gone through the woods considering how much money we paid. I literally haven't stopped thinking about the dogs. They do feed them but one dog had a really bad sunburn on his nose and he was bleeding, another dog was bleeding a little from his jaw, and during the ride one of the dogs was limping. I would avoid this and just ride the snowmobile because it's not worth the money. read more

Wow! What a great experience!! My wife and father-in-law were the first riders on New Years Eve Day. 8:30 am -5 degrees and it was crystal clear with zero wind. We were never cold and had an absolute blast!! 3 adults total including 2 200lb plus, everyone was comfortable and warm. The price is worth every penny and we would have paid more. The dogs were all SO happy and well cared for, our entire family owns dogs large and small and all 3 of us spent time with each of the dogs that pulled us. These dogs LOVE doing this, and it was an awesome experience. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We're visiting from Texas and had the most AMAZING and fun time here. Everyone who works here is so nice, and they were so accommodating to a few issues we had in terms of getting there. We had to reschedule our first original time because we couldn't make it due to snow where we were, and we got stuck on a road closure on our way to our new time and it made us a few minutes late and they still were so awesome and said the dogs would be able to still take us out! We were the last group and we got to hang out and take pictures with all the dogs after we finished. Jake was our guide, and he was so incredible to us and we had so much fun with him and the dogs. Overall it was an experience that we all enjoyed SO much and appreciated how well we were taken care of read more

Good dogsledding, mediocre facilities, unhealthy-looking dogs. - office can use upgrading or at least kept clean. The tables, chairs, check out counter was sticky and looked dirty/dusty - the push tipping hard. Hard. You think you feel obligated to leave a large tip with the to-go person at a restaurant your picking up from? alpine is that times 10. I get the guides need money, but the tours aren't cheap - consider less profit and pay your guides more. Also, I don't mind tipping well - just don't make half of the office decor signs about tipping. - dogs look very unhappy. Not all, but most of them look like they've been abused and under fed. Some look like they need a chiropractor adjustment. - guide, Trevor, was great. Props to these guys for being so friendly, given the conditions. Not a bad experience as far as the actual dog sledding goes (a lot of it is what you make it), but I will not seek out this place next time I'm looking for/or recommending dog sledding. read more

Our dog sledding experience yesterday with John and the rest of the Alpine Adventures staff was great. John was a very knowledgeable and experienced guide. He really knew what he was doing. I also appreciate the company for taking us in at a couple of hours notice. The mushing itself with the team of 12 dogs in the frozen landscape was truly an experience of a lifetime. This small company was a perfect gem that we found. Although it was the end of the season they were accommodating to fit in a run. They will give you snow bibs and boots if you do not have the right clothing (we didn't). They also have some drinks and heat warmers for sale as well. The staff was super nice, they start by introducing you to the dogs that will be running with you. After that you take turns going on the sled with your tour guide. We were lucky enough to have Tony who was extremely nice and friendly. He taught us a lot about the sledding and the dogs while out on the adventure. You take turns between following the sled and being able to actual sit in it. Which was a great experience. When you return you are allows to walk through the kennel and let the other dogs and walk around and meet all 130 dogs. The way they treat these dogs is precious. It was so hard to leave I just wanted to play with the dogs all day. I can't wait until I can come back. read more

Such an awesome experience! My wife and I came while on a trip celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff were great and so were the dogs! We both got to drive the sled while the other rode inside. Both were great experiences! The scenery was breathtaking! We kept saying that we felt like we were in a movie. Making plans to bring our kids back! read more

Friendly, rustic, lay back adventure! Perfect for beginners and families! The staff is great, the dogs are so friendly and the view is beautiful! We had so much fun during our group tour. The office has a changing room, cocoa and a lobby that is toasty warm. There are no bathrooms in the building (no running water) but there are port a potties just around the corner. I was a little nervous about driving at first but Tony walked me through it and I had so much fun. Way easier than I expected and a little slower too. These dogs love what they do! read more

Our dogsledding experience last week was fantastic! All of the staff we encountered were nice and the dogs have such great personalities. Austin was our main musher and he was extremely knowledgable about the dogs, the terrain and just great with my girls and pleasant all around. I honestly did not know what to expect, but we all had a great time. I bought our adventure as a private tagsled on Groupon, so it ended up being reasonably priced. Yes, the accommodations for the dogs seem less than desirable, but these are Alaskan Huskies bred with a couple of other breeds, so genetically, they are accustomed to the winter conditions in Colorado. They actually do everything right by providing hay for warmth and shelter for each dog so they can get away from the snow. Yes, we saw some lame dogs, but I had to remember they are a rescue group as well, so you will see older, non-working dogs because of this. It was a fun adventure and something different to do! read more

This place was AWESOME!! About an hour drive from Breckenridge through beautiful scenery. When we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and loved on a sweet dog in the front lobby. When it was time to go, our tour guide Brett, came and greeted us. We have been dog sledding before in Utah, and what I found so incredible about this place was how Brett introduced us to each of the dogs on his sled. He went one by one down the line and told us interesting facts about each one. My girls also got to greet each dog and say hello. Once we finished, we loaded up. 2 of us in one sled while Brett steered, and my daughter in the back sled while my husband steered. The dogs were happy and anxious to get going! The mountains were breathtaking and Brett shared interesting facts along the way. About 3 miles in, we stopped to give the dogs a rest and to take photos. Once we were finished we loaded up! This time my husband and one daughter in the front sled while Brett steered and my other daughter in the back sled while I steered. It was wonderful!! Afterwards, my girls were able to say hello to the other dogs and take pictures. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a breathtaking view with great staff!! read more
I would like to first comment, do not be scared off by the price. One of my major concerns with tourist attractions is that sometimes the proprietors cut corners to try to get the price low enough to have people come out. Alpine Adventures handled everything about this trip as professionally as you can imagine. They have over 100 quality sled dogs, and in the time I was there, the dogs were fed well, cared and loved on, and clearly handled in a humane and respectable way. Each one received individual accolade when they were attached to our sled, we got to meet and pick a favorite during our sled ride, and my daughter absolutely loved every minute of it, including rubbing snow into each of the dogs' back at each rest stop. Riley, our tour guide was extremely personable, provided a great tour, and really gave excellent customer service. The ride itself was a lot of fun. I grew up on motorcycles, so the sledding was very easy for me, and my wife who doesn't even like riding bikes took it up very quickly and we both had fun! read more

I highly recommend this experience and company! I originally tried booking a tour near Breckenridge, but those were all sold out over the December holidays. I was a little nervous about the drive up to Leadville (highest incorporated city in the US), especially after a snow storm, but the roads were nicely plowed and not terrifying at all. We splurged on the tagsled experience for 2 adults since it was sort of a once in a lifetime thing. My husband and I had an absolute blast! Our guide introduced us to the 12 dogs that made up our sled team and explained their roles on the team. We got hooked up quickly and the dogs were ready to run the ~5 mile course (they jump and howl until you let them take off!). I started off in the warm sled driven by our guide and my husband got to drive the sled attached behind the guide's. Our guide was really knowledgeable about the breed and answered all of our questions. We stopped a couple of times to let the dogs take a break (even though after a bite of snow to cool down they were ready to go again!) and switch drivers. Once you get back they let you walk the rest of the yard and give some love to the ~50 dogs that aren't running at that time (if the dog is approachable, a lot seemed skittish of people) before going inside and warming up with some hot chocolate. All of the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were somehow able to squeeze us in on a booked Sunday when we couldn't make it on Saturday due to traffic and inclement weather (FYI - leave more than double the drive time if using I-70 on the weekend and/or during snow!). The online booking system was extremely easy to use (instead of having to call and give credit card information over the phone like the majority of other companies) and the follow-up email reminders were helpful. read more

This was a blast! Was not as hard to find as was warned but print website directions just incase. Everyone from the ladies that checked us in to our guide zack were super nice. Dress warm! It gets really windy on the track. The dogs looked super happy and well taken care of :) read more

I booked online and specifically remember selecting my date due to other travel commitments in addition to my own personal paranoia about booking the wrong date and their system posted the reservation to a day later. I then left a voicemail referencing my intended date to add a person to my reservation and Katie made the change and confirmed the day and time. Katie called the next day about concerns due to current conditions and we verbally agreed to the same date I originally intended but selected a different tour and time. We drove the two hours and were refused our reservation and a refund. It was incredibly frustrating to make the drive, to disappoint my 7 year old niece, and be out $600 with no acceptance of accountability on Alpine's part. read more

The experience was ok, the customer service absolutely sucks. I left a helmet there and have contacted them repeatedly. After several voice messages, I was finally able to get a hold of someone there (they never returned a call), and the person I spoke to confirmed they found the helmet. I offered to pay shipping, whatever was needed to get the helmet back.... never a response again... I feel as if they just STOLE the helmet from me at this point... I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of service... And btw, I'm willing to remove this post once the helmet is received... read more

I recently visited Alpine Adventures Dogsledding in Leadville, Colorado, and was appalled by the evident neglect and mistreatment of their sled dogs. The owner, Loren Priem, faces 14 charges of animal cruelty, highlighting the severity of the situation. During my visit, I observed dogs tethered 24/7 without adequate shelter or enrichment. Many appeared emaciated, with visible injuries and untreated medical conditions. Photographs from investigations corroborate these observations, showing dogs on short chains and one with an open neck wound. Shockingly, employees were reportedly instructed to slap dogs in the face with gloves for minor infractions, such as chewing equipment or engaging in fights. This facility's blatant disregard for animal welfare is unacceptable. I strongly urge potential visitors to reconsider supporting this establishment until significant changes are made to ensure the humane treatment of these animals. read more

Wow! This was a great family adventure to have during our winter vacation! They provided complimentary transportation with pick up from Copper Mountain, and return also. We loved the time in the snow and on the trail. First we met one of the lead dogs, Nut, and then walked out for an orientation to the sled and how it works. Paul did a great job making sure everyone understood the process, including hand signals. Petting the dogs was a great part of the process. We had the opportunity to help out after the sledding process too. The dogs got some 'soup' and we had complimentary hot cocoa(and warmed up inside by the stove). We had two middle schoolers and two adults, everyone enjoyed it! read more

This is one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. My now Fiancé and I ( since he proposed on the tour and I said yes) had a great time! It was definitely cold but if you dress for the weather you will be fine. We went on the tagsled tour which lasted a good hour and fifteen minutes. The views on the tour were breath taking and our instructor was very knowledgeable and definitely had a passion for her job. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! read more

We had such a memorable time yesterday at Alpine Adventures. It was a thrill to try out sledding and driving! However, meeting/playing with the dogs might have been the best part. Our guide, Tony, was full of interesting information, super friendly and helpful, oh and patient! All the staff were so friendly wanting to make you experience as fun as possible. Thank you Tony and Alpine Adventures, we had a great time!!! read more

Had an Awesome experience. I would highly recommend them. The guides shared a lot of their insight on the dogs and the staff was very friendly. Make sure you bundle up in ski gear to stay warm. We got a ton of great photos and as much interaction with the dogs as we wanted. A++ will return again. We even spent the night in leadville which was a cool experience on its own. read more

Wonderful. The guide's name was Tony, from New Mexico. He was excellent. All the adults in the party were able to drive the sled. There was time to take pictures and to pet the dogs. Free hot chocolate!!! Calculate ample time to get there, just in case there is a delay while driving to the destination. Wear extra extra layering as it may be extremely cold. read more

Booked this activity for my family and they picked us up and dropped us back to the hotel which was one of the services I liked. Coming from Florida, we didn't feel comfortable driving in the snow. The pick up was on time, driver friendly, staff was helpful and friendly, dogs were beautiful and the dogsledding was awesome. Definitely a must! read more

This was the highlight of our Christmas trip. An activity NOT to be missed if you are going to Breck. John and Austin were awesome guides. It was a perfect day and the TLC they give those amazing dogs is admirable. Good luck in your race next month. We are fans and will be cheering you all on. Happy 2018! read more

Fantastic time with a great guide. We all had turns being on the sled by ourselves, which was great. Also, they treat their dogs really well and even have an area just for the older dogs that don't run anymore. Great place. read more
