I found the original set of blueprints for my home stashed in the attic and thought it would be…read morenice to frame them for display. However, they are in poor shape which might be cool for authenticity, but blueprints exposed to light don't last long. The architect recommended PR2 Graphics to help. After showing the blueprints to the staff, they had great recommendations on how to repair the tears, scanning resolutions and a variety of paper to print the results. Cool! They did the high resolution scans and provided me with PDF's that I used in photoshop to clean up wrinkles, water marks, etc. and then returned these files for printing on 40# stock. They turned out great! thanks PR2 Graphics!

The lady said that the appropriate person was not in at the time and noted down all my requirements. She said the person would call the next day and discuss it. No call...... I waited a couple days and called them....... Nobody picks up the phone at this business, so I left a detailed message and requested a call-back....... No call...... Couple of days later I called again....... Voicemail again........ Nobody called back...... A few days later, after being frustrated, I drove down to the facility. The responsible person was again not available. I met with another person (Maybe the owner or manager. He called the responsible person who did not answer, but called back moments later. The Manager told him that there was a slightly upset customer waiting for a quote.... I corrected him "Not slightly but highly upset". Any case, the Manager conveyed this persons message to me. "Tell him it will be a hundred dollars per book and he can take the books back if he wants to" I took the books back. I have seen poor customer service and bad attitude toward the customer, but this is gutter level.
