I've been to a couple of their signings and they do a nice job. I think they did what they could with the Kane and Toews signing, but it was clear they weren't ready for that amount of people. The recent Bears signing went smooth and I will continue to buy from them. Keep in mind you are purchasing and autograph not a 10 minute meet and great with the player. They do a good job with the signings. Yes they can be expensive, but you're guaranteed to meet a favorite player and get an autograph, so if it's that important to you to meet them, it's worth it. To me, I'd rather pay a little to be guaranteed to meet them instead of waiting hours somewhere where you might not. Horrible Horrible service!! Paid $200 to see Jonathan Toews through these guys. Was pomised all in our party could meet Toews. The 3 of us went to the table and he autographed my photo and the Sideline Marketing team pushed my daughter aside to get the next party in line. Upon writing the Owner/Manager of Sideline Marketing he blamed us. He never apologized. He told me to relax and I was being unprofessional and he was trying to see what he could do for me. He never returned my 2 emails I sent him and he deleted me from his Facebook website after I posted a negative comment. This person does NOT know how to treat customers. Horrible customer service! The owner Wayne is extremely unprofessional and rude! I read one other review on Yelp about Sideline Marketing and my experience is very similar. My wife ordered me a $50 signed Shaw photo weeks before Christmas. When we received the photo it was damaged with bend marks and horrible creases on top of the photo being rolled up. As a collrctor I was not happy with the condition of the photo. I contacted the number on their website snd could not get through to anyone. I then texted him a message about the situation on a phone number he gave me. No response! I left a negative review on his facebook page and he finally contacted me. He messaged me through my facebook. He was blaming me and angry that I left him a negative review. I mailed him the photo and on December 30th I messaged him asking if he got the returned photo he said "Got it senfing out today." Here we are two weeks later no response and no photo. I messaged him a messsge that couldve been more harsh but I kept it cool and calm asking where the photo is. I get this response from him today. I ordered new boxes to send images in. You are bipolar and I am out of country till tomorrow. Don't buy nothing. Doesn't bother me but I was waiting to get better boxes cause it happened to another. You will receive Tuesday. He called me bipolar really??? Then he blocked me from his website on facebook. I never received an apology. He doesn't know how to deal with customers in a professional way and he doesn't know how to deal with customer problems. I messaged him this: As a business owner it is unprofessional to call someone bipolar. Maybe you should condider being more organized you gave me one of those phone numbers and I also used the number listed on YOUR website so I don't understand how you did not receive any messages, calls, or texts. You specifically stated I will be sending it out today in your last message to me. That was December 30th. We are now damn near two weeks later and I am just hearing back now. You need to learn how to deal with customers in a more professional manner. I was unaware that you were out of the country because of your lack of communication. I had no idea what was going on. You need to understand that we purchased that item well before Christmas probably over a month ago and our issue is still unresolved. When I contacted you the first time you made it seem like I was lying or that there was no way that couldve happened to the photo because you packaged it. Now you are claiming it happened to another also. Maybe you should learn how to speak to your customers so you are not coming off as blaming them for your errors.When I received your last message I assumed I would be receiving it in a few days. Very poor service. I have attended a few of their signings - Duncan Keith, a Blackhawks Day (4 players present) and Devin Hester. Hester being the first with my son who was a big fan and couldn't wait to meet him. We were raced through the line and the signature was done with a faded sharpie on dark lettering marking it unreadable. When I e-mailed to try to resolve, Wayne Jett (owner) said he has a ton done the same way and they look fantastic. I included photo's which he dismissed as "perfectly fine signatures". When asked if we could exchange jerseys if his looked better he stopped responding. A friend brought me along to Keith in which I didn't know was done by Sideline. When I recognized Wayne I introduced myself and asked if we could resolve the previous issue. He asked me to come the next day to Blackhawk Day. He said to ask for him when I got there and he would "take care of us (my son and I)". When I arrived as the doors opened and asked for him I was told he would be right out. 90 minutes later he still had not shown up to follow through and the girl up front felt so bad she gave us a ticket to meet Andrew Shaw. As we were in line I saw him walking out the back and approached him. I reintroduced myself and he said "make it quick I'm in a hurry...what do you want?". I said the girl gave us a Shaw ticket while we waited and I will pay for that as I really am not interested in meeting him, but I would like to get either a Hester Jersey, as previously mentioned, or meet Hossa (who was there that day) and get a signed stick from him. Either way I would give him my jersey in exchange. He responded with "A STICK, come on! Call me on Monday and I will see what I can do." He then walked away. I didn't call - at that point, after the repeated horrible treatment and avoiding a resolution, I felt it was best to simply not give his company another dime and tell people to avoid them. That being said BUYER BEWARE. You will pay reasonable prices but be disappointed in the experience. I have seen a lot of people make similar claims on their Facebook.
