After I briefly explained our difficult and stressful situation, he immediately stepped in with professionalism, compassion, and confidence, assuring us that he would take care of everything--and he absolutely did. Phil quickly understood our needs, preferences, and immediate timeline. He helped us select the right attire with care and efficiency, making a very overwhelming situation much easier to manage. After we checked out, Phil encouraged us to relax and have lunch while the tailoring was completed, promising to text us when everything was ready. Remarkably, we received his message before we had even finished lunch. We picked up our clothing and were able to move on to the many other responsibilities we had to handle before the funeral.
