At Burb Port Moody they swap that out for low standards and lack of business knowledge. I cannot count the amount of time I have gone into the store 3-4 days before a restock and so many products have already been sold out for multiple days (Vapes almost every week). This week I hit my breaking point after walking up to the store on a Wednesday, just to see a handwritten note stating that there would be no vapes available and that they would be restocked on Monday. As a business operating in the big 2026 this is so ridiculously unprofessional it genuinely made me laugh. Flash forward to the Monday. No vapes, none at all. To put the cherry on top I feel pretty deceived as upon asking about the vapes i was told "Oh we had a really busy day". OK so did u order like 5 vapes for a long weekend when you where already out of stock? If not, I'm pretty sure your staff is just lying to avoid confrontation. Save your money for somewhere that will treat you better, and understand inventory like most of the places located further on St. Johns.

They are very knowledgeable about devices as well and so helpful for beginners who might be intimidated by other experiences. The prices are fair and if you buy in volume they will always offer a discount. They are really good at replacing defective coils, and when you switch devices and have extra coils you can always bring them in to trade-in for new ones too. I love that it's always busy here and sort of a meeting spot for avid vapers. Good sampling bar too for trying out new flavors also.
