They were very nice about it and told me to call back if I needed them again. I called them again two days later and they still had my previous service order which was great. The the first mechanic yet again gave me the run-around and changed the address to where my car was and when I called Kelly's they were accommodating. I rode in the tow truck to the new mechanic and he was pleasant and respectful, and he informed me they also offer mechanic services! They charged $90+ $3.60 for cc charge for a total $93.60

I had my van towed by these guys on a aaa service call. tow operator was very rude and seemed to be…read moreupset that he had to tow my van. when we got to the repair shop he dropped the van in the middle of the lot and asked me to help push it up hill into parking spot. when we could not push a loaded van up hill, he begain to angrely push the van with the flat bed, rocking it back and forth hitting it with the flat bed at one corner till it was pushed into the parking spot. after collecting my van from the repair shop, headding home, the spension broke at control arm and the van dropped to the ground at the tire he was hitting the night before. this ended up costing me over $900 in repairs. not cool.

My niece got into an accident and Plummers was called by the police. Granted they had to winch the car out of a very small ditch, and they pulled the car across the street. We asked them to tow it to our Auto collision Garage and he ignorantly stated he didnt have time. We called up later in the day because we were going to have it towed by another company, they told us it was $900. I was like that's insane, they towed it 400ft. The lady on the phone stated: "how many people do i have to explain this to" because we were all shocked we didn't believe that we were hearing them. So me, my sister, my brother all called thinking the other person didnt hear them correctly. The lady on the phone said, whats the big deal the insurance will just come by and look at it and no questions asked. I said because we would prefer to try and just pay for it without insurance. She said there were all these extra fees because they were called by the police and that it was the company owner requiring these fees and she didn't want to hear it. So, she hung up on me. I called back and got the message and said "I guess I'll pay the $900 dollars". They wouldn't answer. I was sending a tow truck up to pick it up and they said there was money owed so I couldn't get the car, but they wouldn't return any of our calls. Then, they gave the insurance company the run around. I found out later this towing company runs up storage fees on the insurance companies so they want you to use your insurance so they can charge exorbitant fees. They are succubus people that are just the kind of company that is responsible for how messed up the world is. Taking advantage of people at the worst moment, then gaslighting them when they question why they are being robbed. Ill save you all kinds of grief, do not use this company.
