Once I had my blood drawn, I immediately felt a burning sensation and pain (I've had a fair share of labs and consider myself to have a fairly high tolerance for pain), but now here I am 9 days later still with bruising (it looked a lot worse than this pic) and other professionals who have seen it now say she blew my vein. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. You will not only be a complete inconvenience to the staff who would rather be gossiping, but you will be putting your health in the hands of non-trained professionals who clearly couldn't care less.

I was so nervous about going because of bad experiences at other locations. I had a digital breast cancer screening done at this location and I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism form the staff. Starting with Kimberly who was at the desk helping me check in. The area is small and not to busy. As soon as I completed a questionnaire on a tablet, I went to the dressing room and changed into a gown which ties closed. The changing room/booth is small with a cloth curtain to pull close. When I was done, I went to a waiting area where they offered water & coffee. I didn't wait long, and the technician called me back. Take you purse with you at this time as there is not a place to secure it. The technician went over the questions with me from the questioner I completed earlier. She explained everything she was doing and why. Very efficient and quickly done. She will ask you to hold you breath for a few seconds for each picture. I was exposed when she had to place the breast on the table, but you still had the gown cover you on the other side for this view. The next 2 photos you must take your arm out as they try and get as much as the armpit as they can in the photo as you are exposed again, but you are still covered on the other side. Then you switch sides and do it again. A total of 4 pictures were taken and maybe 15 minutes at the most for the imaging part. I was definitely more relaxed in a small setting like this and my anxiety was lowered. Thank you for a great patient experience!

Came to get labs and they didn't acknowledge the sign in sheet until there were 4 additional families that walked in and people had no where to sit. They hurriedly bulk collected all our lab orders. Then they got my lab order mixed up with a different person and told me to go to the imaging side and that I was in the wrong place. I was tired of waiting so I asked for my lab order back to go somewhere else. They told me I didn't give them a lab order and I had to go back and forth a bit of how I did give it to them. They finally realized and called me to the back to draw my blood. It was a very long wait and quite some disorganization for something that usually doesn't take long. The staff member who drew my blood did a good job overall.

As I sat down and waited, and witnessed the way the female receptionists talk to other patients too, I felt sick to my stomach. So reading the reviews and ratings - i was shocked that everything went so well. Let me give you a walk through... - my appointment was at 11am - i arrived at 10:30am - checked-in on their kiosk (need to have driver license/insurance handed) - people were checked on every time they let someone go to see if anyone need help - at 11:02am - called in the back - at 11:10am - i was all done. Boom that fast - the ladies were so nice and friendly; the person that was assisting me i called "DRILL SEGRENT" because had every steps down pack. I was kinda nervous because i didn't want to mess up her flow - i'm also a person who doesn't like needles, so i glad she didn't count down - YOU COULD TELL SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! (Periodt!)
