I emailed the logo a couple of days later. She acknowledge she received it but after that no response. The date we agreed upon to pick up passed with no response (Sept 5th). I called today. No answer, called again, same woman answered and gave me the excuse that they had alot of big orders come in. She said "well i can get it to you this week." I said I needed it for tomorrow Sunday Sept 7. She just responded with oh. I asked if it had even been worked on she said no. So i cancelled the order. Had i know she wouldn't even attempt to do the order with 2 weeks to do it, i wouldnt have even bothered and found someone else who would. Bad customer service. She didnt even apologize or attempt to offer a solution. Extremely disappointed and the sad part is I was doing this order to potentially do a larger order for our fan club and a larger order for our non profit fundraising. It's clear this place doesn't want my business. And before they respond with what looks like the standard form response of how embroidery and vector art takes time to complete. This was a sublimination patch which would be printing my logo that was already made and sent to them to print on a patch. The main issue here is that this place, took an order set an agreed upon deadline and failed to do the order. So either know your process times or learn to not accept orders you know you can't finish on time. But I guess I should have checked these reviews first because it seems like the smaller orders get ignored.
