I have used JPC for about a year. I have had some issues but overall things were working until now…read more I have a reseller account which I was using to run a small business. One of the accounts that I had there was deleted, not by me. I logged into support and created a support ticket. I received a response from Matej G tell me he could recover the website but needed to verify me. OK, since I was logged into my account, the only account that could send the ticket for support, I thought it was obvious. I gave him the info and waited. and waited. asked if things were ok and he responded that I didn't give him enough info to verify me. So I gave it to him again and waited, waited, waited. Asked again for help. Asked again if anyone could help.... he finally responded that he sent my issue to billing... have a nice day. I have tried calling them but they never answer the phone, Eternal hold. I left the call going for 3 hours. NO SUPPORT! My customer who's website is missing is not happy and I have a guy that does not want to support someone. I will be moving my other websites to Hostgator because tonite when I called they answered. I don't know if hostgator is better but I do know JaguarPC is not good.

Not to mention the other companies provided outrageously high quotes. We had a rough vision and script of what we wanted. Jeff was very patient with us and helped with several revisions. The onsite video guy was great and provided good guidance on different shots and close ups. If you want makeup, fancy actors, several cameras and a very expensive video - Bolt Video is not for you. If you want an affordable, effective and sleek video then you have to consult with Bolt Video. We are very happy with out end result and will use Bolt Video again as we expand our business and offerings.
