We are about the easiest sale any dealership could make, as we always know what we want (Toyota), and what to expect. However, this dealership exceeded our expectations (which were good when we came through the door already). Chris Eckart was professional but friendly, easy going but timely, prompt but very flexible. All of the team was attentive to our needs, from management down and almost clairvoyant whenever we encountered additional requirements for the purchase. Management and finance was handled with grace and style. Some of the "Best" explanations regarding warranty and purchase requirements were given by the group. It may be awhile before we go back, because the cars are that good. However, we'll be back!

Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.

All have been with the same salesperson, Big Mike. I couldn't be happier. Before the first car we tried multiple dealerships. It was the mixed bag of awfulness that makes people like me dreading buying cars. Got a recommendation to go to Wilde and ask for Big Mike. Saved us. A year later, we needed a new car. Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Even so, once my free service is over, I probably won't drive an hour to get my car serviced.

But regretfully the once good service department has gone down hill to the point where they are overcharging for work performed. There service department is no longer to be trusted. On two occasions I confronted there service tech and had I not been knowledgeable.... the manager would not have apologized and took hundreds off the bill. I have hoping to buy a 4th vehicle from them but I have lost all respect for this dealership!

And then hearing he yelled at an elderly couple too?? While his lot is empty. And apparently he doesn't act like this when the owner of The Fish Factory isn't around?? I plan on goin back for tires and for a few other car troubles. i can't speak for the salesmanship with cars but I will say that if you buy a car from a used car dealership you should be smart enough to check it out yourself before buyin. Overall I had a great experience with these guys and plan on sending lots of business there way.

Bill McCulley got everything approved right away at a payment I wanted! Ivan Greiner was very helpful and knowledgeable! My only issue and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I don't believe my car was actually cleaned. There was dirt and mud still on my tires as they were the day before. There was mud and dirt on the pedals. There were scuff marks on the drivers door and kick panel. There was residue from the window stickers still on the window. Just kinda disappointing. Otherwise, I highly recommend Honda City!

Separately we leased a Pilot 6 months later and my sale associate did a great job, it was finance that took the longest. Fast forward to 3 years later and my husband's lease ending. His sale associate reached out about getting him in a new vehicle etc. Husband said that he needed a larger vehicle that Honda doesn't offer. Radio silence from sales associate. Not even "understand, thanks for your business". We followed Honda Financials guidelines for turning in the vehicle--inspection, return car to a Honda dealership with return receipt that both parties sign and have mileage on, the dealership is to submit that, and we call Honda Financial to let them know the car has been returned. Now we're being charged $1300+ (2 more months of car payments for a car we returned 2 months ago) because dealership says they don't have the car. The receipt proves that wrong and Honda Financial is resolving on their end. We send a letter saying it's disappointing and infuriating that this happened and it's not a complicated process. It's never happened with any other car we leased Honda or not. We hear nothing from the dealership. So for pretty basic sales attention and a huge hassle returning a leased vehicle, we'll find somewhere new when my lease is done.

Caleb was the one who assisted me with the oil change. I thought my service agreement included 3 free oil changes and tire rotation, but I read my service agreement incorrectly and was informed that it didn't include tire rotation. However, Caleb did honor a 1 time courtesy for this which was greatly appreciated. Because I was the first one there it took about an hour. During the time I waited I enjoyed the free complimentary snacks and free coffee. I received a text of a video of everything they went over with my car and Caleb explained everything as well. I plan on coming back for my next oil change, thanks Caleb!

I get there, do a test drive and agree to make the purchase. All was fine, so I thought. I get to the financing dept, and again I thought it was going ok. She kept me very engaged in conversation and was very proud of the fact she found a lender who dropped my interest rate by 3%. I too was very happy. she went over the sales contract rather quickly, which seemed ok to me at the time, because just prior to doing the financing, I specially told my salesperson I did not want any kind of extended warranty, etc.. so assumed the contract was straight forward. Stupid on my part for sure! The next day when I went over all the paper work, I see first there is a add-on charge for $2700 for a "dealer installed option" call XZilon a package deal I saw advertised all over the showroom. paint protection service. Never asked for it. Never told I was getting it!!!! did not get any kind of paperwork about it, etc... then a few lines down the contract I see yet another charge for $6100 for "service contract" NO clue what this is for. I specifically had said I did not want any kind of extended warranty, and again there was no mention of this charge, or what it was for. SO, I have $8,000 on my loan that was never explained...and whats even better. when I wrote my salesperson about it, she originally answered me, but with no answers, and now has completely stopped responding. I had a horrid experience with the Russ Darrow Kia dealership in Madison, about 25 years ago, and swore i would never deal with them again. But they had such a good price on the car I got this time, I thought certainly things had changed in that length of time. NOPE! They wont do anything about having the charges removed. I know they can send a check to my lender and have that amount taken off the principle, but hard to get that done when they are now ignoring me completely. I also was told in the dealership that I would get 6 free oil changes. (of course there is also a second service fee on my contract for $299 which I assume are my "free oil changes" A few days after purchase someone reached out to me via text saying that I had 3 free oil changes coming, and just to reach out via that text to schedule them when I needed them. I reached out questioning the missing 3 and of course, in true Russ Darrow dealership fashion, no response! Never again!!!!
