Highly recommended! They are professional and efficient. They helped us to purchase the dreamed house in jersey and look for good tenants.

Alex is kind, understanding, and consistently communicative. He often replies to emails within minutes! Sokol, the super, has also been wonderful to work with. He's incredibly responsive, helpful, and always quick to address anything that comes up in the building. It's rare to find a team so reliable and easy to work with in property management, and it's made my experience living here seamless and stress-free. I'm very grateful to have had such a positive experience and would highly recommend Alex and the team to anyone.

I would recommend staying away from renting in a building managed by this group. Brandon Friedman…read moremade a conscious effort to keep our security deposit by billing us for "damages" that were either there before we moved in or normal day-to-day wear. Fortunately, we had dated photos of the apartment showing it was in the same shape as when we moved in a few years prior, and we were able to get most of our deposit back after a lot of back and forth. If you're a tenant in one of their buildings, I highly recommend documenting the condition of the apartment when you move in (missing screens in windows, small chips or scrapes, etc.). Otherwise, they will make every effort to keep your security deposit.

In order for Glenwoods to hold the apartment for me, I had to fill out all their forms, get "pre-approval", sign a lease and give them first months rent and security deposit. The "pre-approval" seems completely meaningless because they can still back out of the deal. The "pre-approval" is just an approval for me to give them first months rent and security deposit. The final approval is still pending completion of my credit and rental history check. My credit and rental history is excellent, they will find nothing wrong, and the lease will be executed. However, I'm not sure the process is very fair. It seems to me that I should get final approval before I sign a lease and give them all my money.

They put their leasing agents against each other and no one knows who has a lease out and who doesn't. You will view an apartment and 5 minutes later it's not available. It's horrific. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS. This has happened to me and also many of my other friends who have applications in and all financials squared away and approved, with the lease in their inbox. Next they get a text saying sorry it's now unavailable. Poor management!

I simply asked for clarification regarding newly imposed co-op insurance requirements and how the coverage thresholds were determined. Rather than receiving transparent answers or supporting documentation, I was repeatedly told the requirements were "non-negotiable," threatened with fines, and ultimately informed that management would "not engage further" because the conversation had become "repetitive." As a shareholder, asking reasonable questions about building policies, insurance requirements, and risk management should not be treated as an inconvenience. At no point was any actual explanation provided regarding whether these limits were based on insurer recommendations, legal counsel, lender requirements, claims history, or any formal analysis. Instead, responses felt dismissive, defensive, and unnecessarily combative. Professional property management should include transparency, accountability, and respectful communication with residents -- especially when imposing financial requirements and penalties. I hope ownership takes shareholder concerns more seriously moving forward and improves how management communicates with residents.
