ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

One of RPPM strongest qualities is their communication. They are clear, timely, and consistent,…read morewhich builds trust and makes working with them easy. Questions are answered directly, updates are provided without having to chase them, and expectations are set clearly from the start. Their professional skill shows in how smoothly issues are handled and how well they navigate complex situations. It is clear they know what they are doing and take their responsibilities seriously. Based on my experience, RPPM stands out for strong communication and competence, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

He is, without a doubt, the most patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented realtor I've ever worked with (and just a lovely person to boot). Roman took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure that every option aligned with our needs. He made us feel comfortable and confident at every step - always listening, answering questions with care, and offering practical advice when viewing apartments. When we finally found *our* apartment, he was with us every step of the way, helping us assemble an outstanding team of professionals who made the process seamless. He expertly managed the complex coop application, ensuring that we felt completely organized and prepared at each stage. Having him in our corner when we encountered roadblocks or issues, made the overwhelming moments feel far more manageable. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance in helping us find our forever home and for the team he built around us. I wholeheartedly recommend Roman to anyone searching for an apartment or home (and have already done so multiple times). Do yourself a favor--work with Roman!

We do not get a courtesy email when it is out of service. We do not get an update as to what's being done to fix it. Replace a cable. Tighten a screw. I don't know but do SOMETHING. One day I asked why is it always out of service looking for answers. I got the standard bs answers. Allegedly they called a technician but the same issues are occurring. I was told by management to use the back elevator--aka the one that people use for pets; aka the one that's in the back of the parking garage. maybe that's okay for other people but I don't want to come home late @ night after working all day to venture into the parking garage to use that elevator then walk around the building to my apartment. Main elevator is more convenient. I shouldn't have to adjust. It should be fixed. I pay rent on time expecting to live in the newly constructed, five-story elevator building they advertise yet it's raggedy. Older tenants have even said the elevators break down a lot. Maybe they want to accept it but I don't. I like to hold people accountable. Which is what management/owners should do with the elevator technician!! Don't advertise the elevators and make it a selling point and it's constantly fxcked up!!! I called the city of Rahway and put a complaint into the property maintenance department as well. I was told they were going to send an inspector out. It's SAD it had to get to that point. I refuse to be uncomfortable in my home. Hallways DO smell. It gives off old Atlantic City Casino smells. Laundry room is horrendous. Either it's dirty and/or filled with out of order machines---again no explanation. Kitchen/living room outlets weren't working for a while. Put in 3 requests for it to be fixed. Seems like 2 times too many. My shower was clogged and I was told it backed up from the 2nd floor (I'm on the 4th floor) so that's wonderful. Love to hear that. It's a great location with access to so much but you could have a great day out then get killed in the elevator and management will hit you with an "I'm sorry". Go live elsewhere unless you want to pay full priced rent for half assed comfort. I can't wait until I can leave.
