He responded to my request for quote, provided a quote which looked 'too good to be true'... I told him I needed to think about it. He, unlike 'all the other' Reps from different companies, did NOT hound me daily via email or text messages. Instead, he replied with, "I'm here for you when you decide".... and he was.
