Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Matt at Bradley Blessing - State Farm in Belleview FL, working up quotes for my various vehicles (car, truck, motorcycle, rv). He was so patient, had great information, and took the time to explain and clarify my questions / concerns. I've been an insured driver for many years (got the white hairs to prove it) and even with all those years of buying insurances, I still learned some new things about what my coverages actually cover.

They don't answer the phones unless you are a new customer. If you have an issue, they only want to…read moretalk to you via text. Even after you request to talk to the person who wrote your policy, they will not call you, only communicate via text. I have been waiting for 10 weeks for a refund for a policy that I canceled. I can only imagine how long you would have to wait if you actually had a claim. I would never recommend anyone doing business with this agency or State Farm in general. I have had nothing but issues with billing, getting correct information, and just being able to talk to a human.
