Absolutely amazing. We have a small miniature Schnauzer who had horrible fear aggression issues…read more She would lunge, bite, bark incessantly and, when she was in that panic mode, would not hear any command we were giving her. We talked to Jillian, the owner of Riverfront (and trainer). She came out for a free consultation and after speaking with her, we decided to send Ziggy to her house for 2 weeks and then have follow up lessons. It was worth every single penny. Jillian offers payment plans, too! Jillian's training has been a god send for us. Ziggy listens to commands, follows direction and we have a completely new dog in our home. We no longer have to be afraid to walk her when other people are out, we don't have to crate her for guests to come over and our lives are much less stressed. I cannot recommend Jillian and Riverfront Dog Training enough!

We recently finished with Jillian's home away program with our dog Kane and I could not be happier…read morewith our experience. Kane struggled with aggression issues with other dogs, and people. He was very inconsistent in following commands and we were always scared he would dart out the door to chase the rabbits in our yard. We were never able to bring Kane out with us for fear that he would attack someone. We were resigned to the fact that our dog was just always going to be like this. All of those worries are now totally behind us. Kane is a totally different dog. He is eager to follow commands and is no longer aggressive towards dogs or people. Last night he was in our yard with 4 kids petting him and he calmly sat in the grass and enjoyed the love. The transformation has been incredible and everyone who sees the progress Kane has made has the same jaw dropping reaction. It is unbelievable and such a dream to have Kane reach his potential like this. Jillian is kind and incredibly professional. She does everything she can to help you and your dog be successful. She treated Kane with so much respect and love, it was very comforting knowing that he was in the best hands possible. If you are even remotely considering pet training, please set up a meeting with Jillian. She is remarkable!

I just had my first meeting with Tony and our German Shepherd/Husky. He clearly has an excellent…read moreunderstanding of dogs and is not interested in using excessive force in his training methods. In that first meeting we discussed several behaviors and strategies to address them. I started working with my dog today and will meet with Tony again in 2 weeks to further hone my skills. I'm looking forward to working with him.

My husband & I were in DESPERATE need of obedience training for our 6 mo old pit bull puppy Yolo…read more Things were so bad that I wanted to get rid of him. So my husband started Googling and found Knucklehead K9. He called & left a msg and Tony called us back within minutes! He gave us all the details of his programs and pricing, and we setup an appt. From the first session Tony set the tone and showed Yolo who was in charge. We were astonished at how quickly he got our dog to listen with just patience, clear direction & treats! My husband and I needed the most training lol! Tony really understands dogs and how they think. He rewards with treats and praise for good behavior and corrects with firm direction for negative behavior. He really taught us how to be our dog's leader. We really liked his training techniques and learned SO much! He is very straight forward and does not sugar coat. It is truly about the owners being consistent and firm. If you're ready for a real dog trainer then Tony is your guy! But YOU better be ready to do the work! We are so much happier with our dog. He's a year old now and we can honestly say he's a GOOD DOG! Sure he's still a pup and has some maturing to do but he has done a 180 since we did the training. We love Tony!

So I hate to do this. But ever since Greenlin took over this location I have been beyond…read moredisappointed. When it was Keystone, I paid $5000 for a two week board and train. The results were amazing! We have a 1 1/2 year old Boxer puppy...by definition he is a spaz. At Keystone, they welcomed him with open arms and understood he was just a baby. Once Greenlin took over, it went downhill FAST. We paid about $275 for a daycare package. The staff decided he was too energetic and required him to have more training. This cost us $50 EVERY SINGLE TIME he is there. They don't deduct from the package, this is further out of pocket. So, we pay $50 per visit for him to be on a leash and nowhere near the other dogs. A staff member told us they believe this has been blown way out of proportion and that he doesn't need additional training. They also say if it were their dog, they would go elsewhere. This speaks volumes to me. He's a freaking puppy without a mean bone in his body! My husband called and left a message asking for a refund of the daycare package WE PAID FOR AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED. Can you guess if we got a call back? Of course we didn't. So, guess what? They are losing our business and I will be sure to let everyone I know how we and our puppy have been treated. They rob you of your original $ and look at you as a cash cow. You won't be looking at our puppy (or us) as cash cows anymore. Extremely pissed off and disappointed in this place! Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off like us.

*Do not recommend!!!!*…read more We dropped off our 6 month old Corgi puppy, Tito (attached a pic for reference, this was not taken at Greenlin), at Greenlin Pet Resorts Camp Hill to be boarded for one week while my husband and I went on our honeymoon. He is currently enrolled in training at Petsmart and our trainer told us to tell Greenlin "no training" since they have their own training program and it would mess up his current training. She said they use harsh punishments. I didn't think much of it. During our trip we did receive some photos of him outside with other dogs, but I paid extra for a bedtime story to be read to Tito daily and for him to have two walks per day but there is no photo evidence that it happened. Fast forward to when we picked him up this past Sunday, November 21st. We were only told about possible respiratory illnesses being spread throughout the facility after we picked him up. He was acting off. I noticed when we got home and he rolled on his back, his outer penial area was red and swollen. Our vet can't tell if it's a UTI or a prepuce infection. Either way, he is on antibiotics now but had no health issues prior to his visit at Greenlin. Negligence?? Dirty kennels/outdoor space?? I'm not sure. What really made me angry was what I witnessed last night. We have NEVER EVER used our hands, objects or any sort of physical punishment on Tito EVER. I went to feed him a piece of chicken while simultaneously holding a spatula in my hand and he flinched when I tried to feed him. I tried again and he cowered in fear and ran away. Later that evening my husband was sweeping the floor with a broom and got too close to Tito and again he cowered in fear and ran away. He NEVER acted this way before!! Seeing the fear in his eyes made my stomach turn!! Do not send your babies here!! I trusted reviews.
