From the start, Sanaz assessed my situation and addressed my concerns. Once she determined my case could stand on solid ground, she gave me clear directives on what to do and what not to do. I followed these and I felt empowered. Next, I went to work with Chris Ugarteche to prepare my paperwork. I initially filled some of the paperwork out incorrectly and Chris immediately caught this and gave me guidance. Chris has incredible patience, communication, and he knows his stuff inside out. He saw me through this novel experience with empathy. When I appeared before the judge via Zoom, I was at peace knowing that all the i's were dotted and all the t's were crossed. My case was resolved seamlessly. I only wish I had done it sooner. Sanaz's practice is busy. There were some days where I craved an update so I proactively emailed. Sanaz and Chris always responded to me quickly. I could not ask for more. Thank you Sanaz and Chris for the meaningful and life-changing work you so expertly do!
