Terrible company to work for! When making deliveries, you will be expected to pay for your gas…read moreupfront. Then, not only will you not be reimbursed for your gas, you won't get paid at all. My father got seriously ill and needed medication, but due to circumstances no one was able to drive to Knoxville to pick up the medication that I had ordered for him. (snow and fallen trees on the road and all). I was frantic with worry being thousands of miles away! Then I found these guys and saying they were amazing is an understatement. I Spoke with Patrick and right away he said it was no problem that he would pick up and deliver the medication. He was so genuine and caring and he got the medicine to my dad within 2 hours! He under charged in my mind too so we sent a nice tip with the delivery. I will forever be grateful to these guys. They were literal angels!

They lost one of the straps to a hand-sewn Viking dress, and several of the buttons from two my sleeves. Each sleeve has 16 buttons; each one of them are hand cast pewter - they lost several of those, too. When I called to talk to them about it after the initial person put down the phone, I could hear them talking in the background and laughing and saying I was one of the "let me talk to the manager" kinds of people. On the contrary, I was being exceptionally polite, considering that these garments were meticulously researched, and all of them hand sewn. I was simply asking if they could look for the things that they lost. I met with a snotty attitude and no return phone calls. I seriously doubt they spent one minute looking for anything. Now I'm going to have to pay to replace the trim around the tops and bottom hemlines of my Viking dresses, and buy and re-sew 32 new hand-cast pewter buttons (the others are out of circulation, so it's going to have to be a new design) on the sleeves of 14th century French dress, because they were careless and too lazy to be bothered by a customer's request that they try to help fix what they screwed up. I'll never go back.
