I'm so surprised that this Macy's has such low reviews!…read more In comparison to the other Macy's on Long Island, this one is FAR superior. I live closest to Roosevelt field, followed by the Macy's in Massapequa, and then this Macy's. I choose to drive to come to this Macy's every time. It's clean, they just fixed it up. It's quiet, you're not getting trampled on like the one in Roosevelt Field. It's organized making the process of looking for clothes SO much easier. The return process is also a piece of cake. Fitting rooms are neat and there aren't an overwhelming amount of clothing littering the floors and racks like literally EVERY. OTHER Macy's. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I'd like more registers to be open in the clothing department. Sometimes you have to hunt someone down to check out. Otherwise, this Macy's is

For an outlet, there weren't many deals, which was surprising, but we were able to find a few nice things before leaving. The in-store selection seemed to be a bit dry, with the item I purchased needing to be shipped. One of my guests felt as though one of the associates -- woman who may be a manager?-- kept following us around the store but not really being helpful or offering support. I noticed her behavior but leaned into the associates who were helping so I didn't mind much. All-in-all good service for a semi-slow day.
