This is a zero rating. Contacted my roadside assistance through my insurance company. The contract Alpha to come help me with my disabled vehicle. Dispatcher called saying he was an hour away, I said ok. They never showed. I tried calling multiple times abd finally dispatch answered only to tell me my insurance co cancelled the claim. I called my insurance, the stated the claim was still active​​. I gather this towing company didn't see big $$ in taking this job! Got my car flipped into a ditch and within 45 minutes they had it out a loaded onto the truck great people im glad they were able to help

Terrible, do not use. My son is stranded on US-27 and they could not find him and then they didn't let anyone know that they stopped looking. Had to get a different tow company. Zero stars but required to put 1 down. read more

Totally unprofessional. I called to have them come help me with a tire change, I was told it would be 2 to 3 hrs before they could get there. I waited for hours even texting them a couple of times to check ETA, no reply . Then after 3 + hrs and they wouldn't respond ...I texted and called them...they eventually a bit later texted me saying we can't assist you..we ended up on the phone and the excuse was given that their truck had broke down...ok ..problems happen, however when someone has been stranded in bum fuck Egypt for hours...take the courtesy to at least inform them in a timely manner that you can't make it or just simply drive your regular car to assist someone that's hours from home who just needed a hand....now on the side note, I personally felt you were lying, you were just tired and didn't want to bother... and from the pictures you guys just posted when your truck ...your truck was apparently towed in the day when the sun was out and bright....so how was your truck just breaking down when I was waiting for you guys for hours well after midnight. ...bad biz ethics and despicable practices... If anyone needs help in moorehaven.... definitely look to others for assistance. Highly discouraged anyone from dealing with such incompetence. read more

A tire on my car went flat overnight. Called Good Sam's for assistance. They contacted A-1 and provided a time frame that was not met. Then someone from A1 called needing a better address so i gave that to him and then texted the address with detailed directions. A 20 min drive. 2 hrs later still no show. Texted again. No reply. Friends helped me with the flat tire. Good Sam's was advised to better vet their providers. Thoughly disappointed. read more

complete no show!!!!!! used though our insurances and the lady on the phone has no clue what she's talking about and can't figure out what's going on. was supposed to be here at 1:30 we called back at 3 and they said another hour called at 5 and was told 2.5 more hours then called again and she said she didn't know. another 2 hours and we final just had the tow canceled. read more

Do yourself a favor and look for another towing company, these people are incompetent, my insurance sent Alpha 1 to tow my car and damaged it and took zero responsibility for the damage. They refuse to send pictures of the car that they took before it was loaded on their truck and the lady had her husband threaten me over the phone after I told them what they did to my car. Was contracted through my insurance received a text they'd be picking it up in 60-90 minutes and never did. I called after work to check the status lady who answered the phone was laughing didn't ask me for any information just said they would pick it up in 35 minutes. Two hours later I receive a phone call from driver saying they were two hours away. The collision center recommended it be dropped off during working hours. When I told him this he said he could take it to storage and bring it back the next morning or just drop it off at the collision center. Two days later I receive a call from my insurance stating the towing company couldn't tow my car because the keys were missing. Given my car had been in my drive way with the keys the whole time! I requested a different company to be used. Very unprofessional. read more

Alpha 1 towing deserves no stars. My insurance was called due to keys being locked in vehicle. They took the bid and claimed that they would be there in in 90-120 minutes. They never showed then their ETA was another 40 minutes. Never showed up. During this time I called multiple times; no one answered and the mail was full. Showing me their lack of customer service. I filed a complaint with the insurance! read more
