Do not go with these people. They straight up refused a payment from me and sent my account to…read morecollections. They refused 70$ which is all I could afford at the time. Along with the fact that hey elected to get my wisdom teeth removed when I already had 9 missing teeth! I had to cover the cost of the surgery. They did not tell me I would need implants until a year and a half into my treatment. The office staff were the rudest bunch of entitled women I had ever met. I traveled 7 hours for 15 min appointments countless times. Without seeing Mr. Cheba. The oh so fantastic public figure. For 1.6 years of treatment my (including my wisdom teeth removal and another tooth), my bill was total almost 13k when they quoted me 6.7k. Im leaving out the travel cost for the countless 14hr round trips, hotel stays, literally for a 15 minute appointment were theg would just check my teeth. They had no treatment plan for me. They were just slamming wires in there sizing up, no personalized care at all!!! The icing on the cake is I didn't even finish treatment there, and their bill is sitting in collections because they straight up refused payment. So now I'm paying a collections company for treatment I did not receive. On top of having had to pay my new orthodontist 4600 to fix what they had started. Let's not get started on how much my dental implants are going to cost me. Oh, and yes, because they removed all my wisdom teeth but one, it will cost me substantially more than if they would have left them. Funny thing is, Red Deer Orthodontics referred me to Doc Braces. And Doc Braces hands down is the best place you can go for treatment. They lied to me to my face about what I would have to pay to stop treatment and see another orthodontist. They told me over the phone as long as a certian percentage of my bill was covered, we would only have to pay (insert ammount) to continue treatment elsewhere. ( I was moving back to the east coast). I ended up having to cover the ENTIRE COST of my 3 year treatment "plan" when I had only been seeing them for 1 year 6 months. Plus go and pay an entire 1 year 5 months at my recent orthodontist. These people are business men and they only care about your pocket book. I tagged them in photos on Instagram of my braces and they untagged themselves. I NEEDED upper jaw surgery and they NEVER once mentioned it. I needed implants and they NEVER once mentioned it. I was lead to believe they could close the gaps in my teeth. Which they could not. Dr. Vivek Cheba is nothing but a rich man getting richer off the less fortunate. Do not believe a word they say about payment plans etc. By the time it's all said and done, after what I had to pay with RDO plus my wisdom teeth removal which was 100% unnecessary, and when I can get my 100% nessicary implants, that initial 6.7k they quoted me is gonna be well over 20k. Thanks RDO. I'm 22 years old and a substantial amount of debt over my teeth because you're a bunch of greedy people.

They are very accommodating to various needs including anxiety. They have massaging chairs and TVs in the cubicles.
