I was having a letter go from Downtown Miami to Miami Beach and the entire process was very simple. After calling someone came to pick up the letter within 20 minutes. You can pay with cash or check (I did not inquire about credit cards), and I simply gave the check to the courier when he arrived. He had a unifrom shirt on, so they are pretty easy to identify and he was pretty friendly. Since I was in a rush I called to check the status of the letter and they were quickly able to give me an ETA on it. I would gladly use them again, especially since when I called two other couriers one of them never answered and the other told me he simply could not deliver it.

Tread carefully and don't be honest about your feedback towards their service…read more I had told them that they were one of my more challenging warehouses to work with and the employee seemed to take great offense. Since then I've been receiving passive agressive service and delays that are just barely acceptable. The work they do, I respect, however their system and processes change depending on who you talk to, i.e. their sales rep, their customer service, their warehouse etc. They want you to follow their processes otherwise they charge you, fair, but they are not consistent. I have ceased to use their services and one of my packages was shipped their by mistake from my supplier and they had charged me for receiving the product. The shipper delivered and came back within 24 hours to recover the package. Gripe with that: 1. Previously they would not touch products that I have created an order with them for over 24 hours. 2. If a non-customer sends a package and gets it re-routed within 24 hours due to wrong address, will they be invoiced? I have worked with many FBA prep warehouses throughout the U.S. and this has got to be one of the most difficult to work with. Some work with GoogleSheets and have more efficieny and less friction than iLogistics. Sometimes better tech is not better unless you can figure how to make the UI user friendly and limit inputs required. Cons: Clunky SAP-like software interface Processes that put the blame on the customer to learn and execute Unfair practices / holding inventory hostage Pros: Located in Florida so overseas air gets there super fast Email me if you're interested in seeing screenshots and receipts. jess8908 (at) protonmail.com

I don't understand how they can charge so little, I guess they schedule multiple jobs to the same area at the same time, because most of the time the fee they charge for pick-up and delivery is cheaper than the gas you would have to use if you drove yourself (unless you drive a smartcar or an electric car, of course).
