Aloha tan is amazing! The staff are the best, especially Heidi. The beds are very clean and well maintained, the location its self is also clean and well maintained. They have a large selection of beds so seldom do I ever have to wait and if I do have to wait it's never very long. They have a nice selection of lotions for tanning and aftercare and are always happy to order for you if you are wanting something specific. The staff are also concerned with the health of your skin. They will put you in the best bed for your skin and work you up slowly. As long as you follow their advice, you'll have a gorgeous tan with zero damage. I visited Mountwood during February and March as I was only in town for a month. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The plans were priced very competitively as were the lotions. I only used a level 2 bed, but it was fantastic (or Tan-Fastic...!!) - I did not burn and the bulbs were all new - the room was airy and spotless. Great staff, if my experience would have been worth the money I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately it wasn't and I don't recommend getting a spray tan here. As a customer, I went to a professional paying more for a better, longer lasting tan than my $10 St. Moriz Mousse which lasts 6 days before fading. They offer a level 1 for $35, level 2 $45, and level 3 for $55 for spray tans. Selected the 2nd level. Great color. My issue was that my tan faded in 3 days. It was completely gone on day 5. I followed every "after-care" instruction given. Even waited 24 hrs to shower with hopes for it to last a bit longer. Nope. It faded quicker than the tan I apply at home. Huge disappointment. Also, confused to have paid $45+ tax which equals $48.71 and I was charged $49.50 (didn't check, I assumed they were doing the math correctly- as most businesses would) whatever. Less than a dollar but I'd double check your total if I was you. I paid almost 5 times more for something I could've done better myself with better results. read more

I had an amazing experience there tonight. The lady who took care of me was super honest and she explained everything. I had a bad day at work and I knew taking would help, it was about an hour before they closed, but she didn't mind at all, she helped me learn the bed, sign me up and get me some lotion. They have the most unprofessional and laziest front desk girl working. Very rude. Told me she couldnt find me in the system that I couldnt tan there. I told her I've tanned there several times and and she said im not in her system. I asked if she could put me in the system and she said no. It was empty and I said if I could make an appointment to go in and get in the system she said she can put me in her system she made no sense. Instead she was on the phone with her friend. I told her I had never had that issue and the guy thats always in the front desk has never said that I just pay for my session whenever I want to go and done. She calls Chris and tells me to wait so he can see me. Waited over an hour. She kept telling me your not in the system I cant take you in. read more

Great customer service! Tiffany walked me through both options of a spray tan, showed me both machines, explained the difference in products used, and then guided me towards the option that was best for me. She went above and beyond by making sure the tan was to my satisfaction and offered a touch up if it wasn't what I wanted. She was very pleasant and the price was great $23 for versa spray!!
