In my case there were two furkids that needed varying care. Why I would return to Freya +'s: + Responsive. I needed day care services and even evening services while I had to attend an all day conference and participate in an evening event for a few days. Freya answered my calls and texts before the care, during the care, and after the care. + Timely. Always showed up on time when I had to rush off to an event + Caring. I judge how my two dogs react when she returned the following day. Dogs do not lie and they were happy to see her return. + Helpful. Often I had to rush in and out of my lodge while I had to attend an event and Freya made sure she could help me exit as smoothly as possible and minimize my dogs' separation anxiety + Senior care experience. Erin looked after our cat last year over Thanksgiving, and despite it no doubt being a very busy time for her, she was attentive and prompt. She sent us the best pictures of our cat each day, brushed her, cleaned up and made sure food and water were readily available. She came to our apartment everyday for about half an hour and was dedicated to the cat the whole time. It didn't feel like she was rushing, rather that she spent time sitting with our cat and giving her lots of love. Our cat is quite shy, and Erin managed to send us pictures of her looking very relaxed and happy! I think the best thing is that Erin doesn't make you feel silly for sending very long instructions on your cat - she doesn't need much instruction other than where the food etc is because she's so good with animals, but as a very clingy cat mom it's awesome that Erin is so responsive when you send long emails to her!
