I don't normally write reviews but sometimes you get exceptional service somewhere and you want to let others know. I was having problems finding a locksmith willing to cut and program a couple of programmable keys for my F150. I had purchased the blanks off the internet and they were apparently not the same quality as the OEM ones from the dealer (but not the crazy price the dealer asks). Anyway, brought the truck, my one original key and the blanks to Aloha. The young lady knows her stuff. Instead of telling me the blanks couldn't be cut, she took her time and cut them to perfection. Now, my new programmable keys work as good as the new ones did. $100 bucks but they probably spent a good 45 minutes working on it and no one else in town could do it. Save me hundreds from having to go to the dealer. They have earned my business! read more

I was having problems with my truck unlocking my switch. I was told that I had to purchase a new switch. I met with a local mechanic and he told me to get a key made first before I buy a switch. He told me to make sure that I go to a locksmith and get the key made so that it would be cut right. I didn't know which one to go to, so the first one popped in my head was Aloha, because I pass through there almost everyday. I went in and as I walked through the door I was greeted immediately. The woman behind the counter asked me what type of problems that I was having with the switch and when I told her, she automatically what the issue was. She said baby, you need a factory cut key because your key is worn down. She made me feel a whole lot better knowing that all I had to do was get a key made. It only took her about 5 minutes and I had my key. They make you feel like family when you walk through the door. If you ever need an excellent locksmith, please go to ALOHA!!!!
