They then turned me over to a collection agency who somehow had my correct phone number and address! They were able to contact me on the first try. Finally, they wouldn't take my $80. I had to pay the collection agency. Watch out. Their stupid billing mistakes will hurt your credit. Too bad!

Dr Strubble has an excellent chairside manor and is very personable. The staff was wonderful, fun loving and very positive. All in all I will not go anywhere else. My husband is now a patient and so is our grandson. They were great with him on his 1st visit X-ray and cleaning. He loved the way his teeth felt and kept running his tongue. I asked for teeth whitening and he suggested I try over the counter products. Who does that? Dr. Keith Wall does. This dentist is more concerned about people than money. Thus the modest, cozy, dental building in a cute little house tucked just outside of downtown Branson. A friend referred Dr. Wall to me and I refer my friends to him. Ok, My son went to Aspen with many needed dental issues. After full exam and many x rays the…read moretreatment plan was presented. $6800 for the work needed. We paid up front, big mistake don't do that. Several of the crowns required root canal after they were placed. I know that is not always known but this happened with every one of the 4 crowns they performed. This cost an additional $4400 to redo all 4 crowns with root canal and all new crown now have a hole drilled in them. Finally, son goes in to have last 2 crowns completed and Aspen says he now owes additional $950. I pay that because they sent him away until it was paid holding the crowns hostage. He went today and they told him he owes another $150 before they will place the last 2 crowns. Avoid Aspen at all costs. No real deal, shabby work. A real dentist wont cost this mich.
