Dentist Dryer was attentive and thorough in explaining my dental treatment and was so nice too. Received one of the best cleanings and the most friendly service from everyone at Buzbee Dental. Saw a retired dentist, very personable and friendly, but a waste of time and long drive from Branson. Second apt waited almost an hour and was told they were running late - followed by would you like to reschedule or wait. Decided to wait. Then told but we close the doors at 5 pm and it's already 4:45 pm so you'll have to reschedule. I reschedule when they had a cancellation and saw "T' He obviously was not in a good mood as my dental work was not a big dollar item but a follow up with cracked tooth. I have a large granuloma on the upper lip that I clearly pointed out to the technician and 'T' that the lip is sensitive and is quite visible. I left with a swollen lip, skin torn, bleeding, bruised and painful and unable to drink or eat for over a week now and having to wear a mask. The dentists use their first names - are they not doctor's or do they feel by using their first names they are bringing themselves down to the patient's level. Just a lot of smoke and mirrors.

Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

My 17 year old is not a fan of procedures and was pretty firm on not wanting to have his wisdom teeth removed. I requested a consultation for each of my sons so they could feel confident going into it. Dr. Becker was great. She didn't try to sell either of them on getting it done. She patiently listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and presented the risks of both options: the risks of surgery, and the risks of leaving their wisdom teeth in place. She did not try to steer us in any direction, which made each of my sons feel comfortable. Both boys were scheduled back to back and everything went very smooth. Prior to the day of surgery, someone in the office went out of her way to follow up with my medical and dental insurances to ensure that we were able to maximize our coverage and reduce out of pocket costs. Dr. Becker and her staff were all very helpful and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was referred here by a dentist in Cabool for my daughters wisdom teeth extractions recently. I…read morecan say it was quick to get an appointment which was nice so we could max out our dental benefits for the calendar year. The office was nice and clean, but the wait was a little obnoxious considering it was empty. The dentist was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I did have to call to get a treatment plan whereas I've always been given that upon leaving a dentists office so that was weird. My daughters dad called the insurance and clarified some of the charges, when I called OMS to speak to billing to question some things I was met with a very condescending attitude and told "I'd be happy with only having to pay $326", as if questioning what Cigna said we would be paying Vs what they're "estimate" given was out of line. As a customer I'm not trying to over pay, and they're billing well above their contracted amount per tooth, meaning the amount I'm paying a percentage of is inflated according to the dental insurance company. To speak to someone who is trying to just get clarification in such a condescending manner leaves a real impression on the facility as a whole. Just based on my most recent experience with their billing department on 11/13/2023 I wouldn't recommend this place. I'd find somewhere else where requesting clarification isn't such a burden on their employees.
