I highly recommend the salt service as it interesting and delicious trying the different salts on the steaks! Our waiter Paul was on the spot, very informative, and very attentive! Overall I'm giving this a 5 star rating. My only drawback is the cost was really really expensive. For what we paid I could have bought a ribeye roll and some expensive wine and we could have eaten ribeyes every night for a week. But that's beside the point. I wanted to ask for utensils, which I could see, but again she opened window, quickly handed it to me and shut window. Figuring I could get them from my hotel I went on my way. So the box was packed with chips, it had ground meat, beans, cheese, jalepenos, sour cream and salsa. The chips were kind of thick so they help up well. The salsa had great flavor. The rest was ok, there was no chicken as I had ordered but the ticket indicated it was made per the instructions. I felt the cheese was really light for nachos. Otherwise it was ok. Service wasn't great with wrong order and lack of communication at window. Something else probably would have been better.

My mother politely let a nice young man walking by know that the burgers were raw and when he saw the raw pink in the cut in half burger he said "ewww." He took them, apologized and walked away letting us know it would be fixed right away. Our waiter was told about this and came to let us know that they are on it and cooking more burgers as fast as they can. My mother let her know politely that she had somewhere to be and simply did not have time to wait on more burgers to be cooked, and asked to leave. The server assured us that she was going to take the burgers off of the ticket right away for us and then we'd go from there but as soon as she walked away, we had to leave the restaurant as we would have missed an appointment we had to get to.
