I was finally fed up and cancelled my denture agreement. i was told in Jan. that i would be getting $800 refund. my husband went up there several times to check the status and was told any day now. March rolls around and i still haven't received it. My husband goes up there again and wouldn't leave until he got an answer. the rude lady called and she never requested the refund. she finally did that day and said i would get 300 on my fsa card and a 500 check. we received the 300 but not the 500. we went up there this week and the rude lady said that she turned it in and there was nothing else she could do. i know she could call and check on it. I have emailed smile brands SEVERAL TIMES and they just forward my email to the office. they never answer the phone or call you back. it has been over three weeks since the lady finally processed the refund. I should have the check by now. my daughter also has braces from there which i have paid off in full. we were told we had to pay $300 for excess brackets that she broke. i paid $100 that day. then we paid another 300 and another 500. everytime i ask for a detailed receipt i am told that they will email it to me. i have to have a detailed receipt to turn in to my fsa and i NEVER GET ON EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES. I USE TO WORK FOR CASTLE SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS WAS DONE THEN! I don't under stand how this office stays in business. If i don't get a response soon, i am going to go to the news to see if they can help me get my refund from 3 months ago. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

One of my co-workers recommended Dr. Khalil at Houston Family Dental so I went in for a consultation. They were able to fix my tooth that same day. What a relief! I was scared because I'd never gotten anesthetic on my mouth before, but they made me feel very at ease. My face was still badly bruised from the fall, and he was extra careful to not lean against any of the bruises on my lip and cheek. I really should have taken before and after pictures! The two dentists are Dr. Yang and Fung. As I prefer Dr. Yang over Dr. Fung because I remember my younger years with Dr. Yang. Dr. Yang to me is a lot nicer and sweet. She has a soft face. Now, Dr. Fung he is nice too, but he is a stricter when he recommends cleaning tips. I would say, he works better with the adults than the children. He also does the major dental operations like surgery. Oh and there is dental hygienist that has been there for years too. She is sweet. Overall, this dentistry is wonderful.
