Things to do in this park include: Feeding geese (yes you can feed them break, no they wont chase after you) by the lake Running track around the lake Two seperate play grounds for kids to play on, one being gated Swing sets Baseball/softball area behind the park A small stream Covered picnic tables for public use In the park there is a medium sized golf course, a Boys and Girls Club where you can play basketball, and a swimming pool that isnt used anymore. Also features a really old cannon in the parking lot between the swimming pool and gold course. At the second playground there is a swingset for wheelchairs and toddler seats. Normally everyone that comes here is super friendly and corteous like on the running track. Doesnt cost a cent to come here and its always nice to get fresh air and have fun!

Pathways have been added to get park goers from point to point without the need to trudge through muddy wet ground when it is rainy season. The playground surfaces are all weatherproof, which is a fantastic addition to the playground. This park has plenty of space for picnic and pavilions for parties. It has a train that operates seasonally through the park that features a tunnel and other exciting activities. There is a large city pool also included in the park that has a brand new structure, including a very nice competitive swim area stands, diving area, etc, along with changing rooms, showers, concessions, etc. There is also a putt putt course located within the park. Additionally, the park includes a tennis center and tennis lessons as well as organized tennis events and a tennis league.

To top it off we had to pay $5 for restrooms that you couldn't use, grounds that were unkept and there was no swimming area. There was a port-a-potty that wasn't maintained. Absolutely beautiful campground right on the Mulberry River. We live in Fayetteville and have…read morecamped all around AR. This is now our favorite! We hike, bike, float, and off road and this place is prime for river floats and off roading. One of the most beautiful waterfall hikes (Devils Den) is right up the road as well. The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming. There is a mile of river front where you can camp (tents, vans, small trailers) and plenty of large RV spots in the main area (50 ft from water). Oh and the owner brings her kangaroo on Saturdays who is so friendly and can be pet. If you need a shuttle for your float the owner can help you out (spots to float 15, 8 or 3 miles) and bring your ATV bc there is a ton of trails on the property. All the campers have been really nice and respectful of quiet hours too.

The RV campground is right next to the mulberry river, and has a very peaceful vibe; it feels like camping in the forest. All hook ups were in good condition; electrical was new, and the campground was clean. There are a lot of nearby nature activities - kayaking, off roading, hiking, etc., and our kids had a blast playing on the river bank. The owners are very warm and genuine, and made us feel like family. We highly recommend this RV site if you ever find yourself in Arkansas.
