Ian was excellent transport. The food was very good. I would have liked a few more options for very easy to eat food post surgery--some more mashed options with protein would have been good. The front desk is easy to get ahold of - easier through text. Book your appointments all at once if you can, because time slots can fill up quick. It is VERY important to arrive early to appointments, because they will adhere to their late or no-show policies, but communicate with them if something is going wrong and they are understanding. I wouldn't say that I hope I get injured again so I can work with them, but if I do, I know where I'm going!

I had already waited 4 weeks for my first appointment while I was having a lot of pain and now, I had to wait another month for my first appointment. Not only was she rude, but she had a smile on her face as if she enjoyed seeing me punished. I called to complain about her. After 37 minutes of holding, I was finally connected to the office manager's voice message. I left a detailed message, but no one cared to call me back and hear my concern. This place is small with a parking issue. More importantly, they are rude and do not care about valuing their clients. You are not obligated to use their physical therapy center. I would recommend going somewhere else where you are treated with respect.

Very easy to communicate with office staff, nurses and therapists. They report to your doctor on your progress or any problems. They are very prompt at scheduling first visit with a nurse and getting therapy started. With my second surgery I was assigned to another home health care facility and had so many problems communicating with them that I had my doctor change my therapy to Heavenly Home Health Care.

The interior of the office is spacious and inviting as are all of her treatment rooms. She is so sweet, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I feel at ease when I am getting my treatments, usually falling into a deep relaxation. I felt a tremendous difference after just one visit and have continued to see a lot of positive changes. I had insomnia, severe anxiety, suppressed trauma surrounding grief and some monthly cycle related issues. Dr. Elena listened to my concerns and has addressed each of them. I feel significantly better compared to the first time I stepped foot into this office. My sleep cycle has regulate, I have not had an anxiety attacks for a few months now, I am able to regulate my emotions in connection with the grief much better, and a lot of positive changes with my monthly cycle. I feel especially blessed to have met Dr. Elena and receive treatments from her. It has been life changing for me.

Horrible experience…read more NOTE: given that the whole reason for it being an awful experience was the OWNER, Elena, completely forgetting that she made an appointment with me, and then once on the phone with me, did not once express anything other than rudeness that she'd forgotten the appointment, expecting me to wait for her as she drove out From West Hills to Sherman Oaks because she's "very busy" I would expect nothing but a defensive, not taking responsibility remark on the review. I took pictures to prove that I was in her office for the appointment she forgot, and to help others avoid such a horrible experience. When you tell a wellness practitioner that you are a recovering cancer patient - and their speciality is wellness and medicine, the hope is that you are dealing with someone who is compassionate... At the very least respectful. The owner of this business set an appointment with me for 1130 on Saturday. She emailed, I confirmed. I made sure that I was there 10 minutes prior in case there was any paperwork or challenging Parking. By 1130 nobody had come out to greet me in the reception area. Finally, I called twice and don't get an answer. Then one of her suite mates, someone who really only spoke Russian, comes out and says that the Owner is not there! I'm absolutely stunned and state "... but I have an 1130, you're saying she's not here?" She says that she will call her. So they call her, and now I'm on the phone with the owner, who doesn't apologize, and simply says, you have a 12 o'clock, yes? I respond and say no, you emailed me 1130 and that's what we confirmed. And she says "OK wait right there". I don't say anything because it's basically sinking in that I drove all this distance to see her, on my Saturday morning, and she hasn't once apologized, or sounded concerned, instead I get back:, "... well, I told you that I'm very busy." As if this is an explanation for why she thought we were at 12 noon. So then she says "OK wait there.". I say I'm sorry, we had an 1130, that's what you emailed me, yes? Again, no apology or no clarification, she just says "...look I'm very busy and I'm coming from West Hills, you'll wait for me. Yes?" Now it's really sinking in that not only did the Owner screw up, but she has no ability to take responsibility or feel badly that she's got a new patient waiting for her - and that she clearly completely forgot and didn't write down our appointment. So I get this explanation that she works in West Hills in the morning, and in Studio City in the afternoon. Which boggles the mind why she would've set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning. In Studio City. At this point, obviously I'm frustrated, so I "... in my culture when we miss an appointment, or forget a new patient, we apologize." Apparently the good doctor is not in favor of truthfulness and honesty and kindness, and gives me an argument and says "...you want to wait for me or no?" Obviously, as it's now clear what kind of person this "wellness specialist is, there's really no more conversation to be had. She sounds neither concerned, caring, nor the least bit sorry that she forgot me, and is now making a new patient weight because she utterly forgot. Instead, she's coming at me as if I messed up. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about the human being behind the $, and they know how to take responsibility for their actions, this would not be the person to go to. If you're looking for someone who apparently needs to be right, even when they clearly are wrong, and doesn't really care about your well-being, time, or respecting you as a human being, this would not be the place I would go. Attached are pictures to show I was at the address she sent me. Expensive nice digs- no wonder her usual pricing is far more that most.
