Not your typical east coast cannoli but very good. Cinnamon roll- very fluffy which was weird but good. Icing was buttery and sweet. Not a lot of cinnamon flavor though. Double chocolate muffin- not a fan. Hard to describe. Chocolate was a little bitter and a strange aftertaste. Place was a little too expensive for me and food was a little too average. Probably won't be back.

We stopped into Wazo's shortly after 11am wanting to get our dogs some post hike ice cream, not realizing they don't actually open until 12pm. We walked back to our truck when I'm assuming it was the owner, stopped us and asked if we wanted ice cream and he'd be happy to serve us since he was already there. The pups loved their pup cups and we got a peanut butter shake which was delicious and perfect for such a hot day. The owner was very friendly and chatted with us afterwards. If I could give 10 stars I would. Whenever we're in the area we will definitely come back

They are known for their Banana Cream Pie concrete. I ordered a Tropical and a Cotton Candy concretes. The order was taken at the window on the right and served at the window on the left. The flavors and the texture of the frozen custard were decent. My Tropical concrete had banana, coconut, and pecans. My son liked his Cotton Candy concrete. Both hit the spot. Wazo is a classic, neighborhood institution that's popular among the locals. I was there in a weeknight and it was busy. They are open late. The service was good and the prices are very reasonable. Check them out.

Come in the morning for pancakes or come later for cupcakes and pie. The menu has lots of vegan options for those avoiding butter, eggs, and that kind of stuff. Charming interior that has a coziness about it. It's just as much of a bakery as it is a cafe, with display cases full of goodies and sweets. There's a good amount of indoor dining too. A lot come in here to pick up baked items at the counter. If dining in, have a seat. The menu is actually kind of big with tons of things. It's about $7 for a large latte. Kind of pricy, as far as coffee goes but it's good though. Has some non dairy milks. It's about $11 for the Vegan Waffles. Hearty and filling. There's also other plant based offerings such as tofu bowls at lunch. Has the best baked goods around. It's closed Mondays and Tuesdays. There's lots of things for vegans and vegetarians.

Our waiter was Mike and he was great throughout our entire time there, go Mike!! However, the roach coming from behind the booth, crawling on the wall, then the floor definitely did us in. Food & service is a definite 10/10. The roach however 0/10. Very disappointed and unfortunate I don't believe we will be back. Hopefully they can get this under control as it's a nice place!
