I highly recommend Ally McPets for all of your pet care needs. Amber took amazing care of our two yorkies while we were away on vacation. I especially loved all of the visit info and photos we received each time Amber was at our home. It kept us at ease being so far away from our babies. The service was professional and communication between Amber, Jill and I was clear and very transparent- nothing to worry about or question while my pups were in their care. Amber is a gem and super caring to your pets, detailed oriented, professional and truly loves what she does. We will definitely be using Ally McPets for future pet care. -Dee read more

We used Ally McPets during the holidays for the first time. Carol did a great job taking care of the cats and I would 100% use them again. I loved receiving all the update photos. The cats warmed up the her very quickly, which made me feel at ease. Thank you Ally McPets! read more

The pet care providers do their best to make sure your pet is happy, ate and gone to the potty. They also send you notes and pics to let you know they have been there through e-mail or text. Over nights, med support or just a walk. They do a very nice job! read more

I have had nothing but peace of mind with Ally McPets. I have two large dogs, both rescues, one Mastiff and a Tripawd Shepherd. Needless to say, it's a handfull for the less experienced. As an overprotective dog mom, I am extremely picky with their care and I can only image how difficult I am to serve as a customer. Jill and specifically Janan have BLOWN my MIND with how on top of it they have been with my two pups. MAJOR shout out to Janan, who has been professional, responsive, clean, thorough, compassionate, communicative, diligent and clearly loves my fur kids! I truly appreciate that Jill and her team approach pet care with a mindset of being a pet owner themselves, and what is best for your pets. From the introduction to the billing and booking process, Ally McPets is on top of their game. Highly recommend to anyone especially seeking in-home care for pets better served apart from a kennel environment. We love you Janan! read more

Jill does a fantastic job of taking care of our cats when we vacation. She's been our pet sitter for over 20 years. One of our cats, Joey, got sick and passed while we were gone. Jill took care of all arrangements, including arranging for Joey's cremation, which had to be very difficult for her. Your pets are in excellent hands with Jill and Ally McPets. read more

We've used Ally McPets for 4 years on and off for our vacations. We had Amber watch our senior dog about a month ago and couldn't have asked for a better sitter. She was super mindful of our dog's schedule and thoroughly asked questions so that she could provide the best care for him. She was so loving with him and I have no doubt he will be excited to see her again next time we need her! read more

Ally McPets is a godsend for those trying to arrange care for their pets when drawn out-of-town for fun or work! We were scrambling to find someone who could care for a 10-week year old kitten we rescued two weeks before a previously scheduled vacation. The kitten had warmed up to us after having being abandoned and we were concerned our absence would set him back (possibly permanently). Ally McPets saved the day. The kitten took to the person they assigned to feed and visit him. While we were away, we enjoyed the daily reports and pictures that were sent. When we returned, it was like the kitten never missed a beat. Thank you Ally McPets for being there! read more

Jill and her team are the best! Without the Ally McPet Team, I don't know how I would not be able to easily be a professional single fur parent with my hours and commute. They even saved me when I requested a Hail Mary last minute dog walk for Friday late afternoon/evening when something came up. They are very caring, attention detailed and professional. When Daisy wasn't feeling well, I received a text at work, and they adapted the walk to TLC time and monitored her to ensure she was okay before they left. I love the emailed reports I receive after every walk with pictures. It proves they actually were there, Daisy is always smiling and happy while with them and I see she has variety in her walk/days. They are also very respectful of your home. When it rains Daisy is in her raincoat and they wipe her down with her towel after the walk! Thank you!!! I am lucky to be able to use Ally McPet, I used to bring Daisy to PetSmart Hotel however, with my work schedule and as she has gotten older it wasn't a good solution. Now she receives one on one TLC, individualized Daisy paced walks adapted based on her current mobility, with friendly encouragement to get out even when she may prefer to sleep. she moves better, appears happier and playful. At the pet hotel, she would just sleep and walk around, as a senior Shih Tzu she doesn't want to play and is selective with her company. They also would walk both Daisy (Shih Tzu, almost 13) and my parent's dog (a 6-year-old standard poodle; Zac) together. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Best in Class! read more

If you're looking for a PRO dog walking and house sitting company, you'll so appreciate Ally McPets! They were great with communicating and getting back to us whenever we had questions or changes. They also were fantastic accommodating our needs. Jill is super professional and always makes it clear what we've planned and agreed upon - no surprises!!! We and our two dogs LOVED Karina, who was also very professional. She was on time for every walk and gave us service reports after every visit. Since Covid, our dogs have developed a touch of separation anxiety, which we could see on the initial photos she sent. But by day three, they were all smiles...and so were we! You can feel confident about hiring Ally McPets...we're so happy we've found them! read more

Ally McPets is a must for any pet owner in the South Bay. I'd used apps that provided dog walking and eventually came upon Ally McPets. From my first cmubication, our intake, and every dog walk, we've received top notch service. They send cute report cards with a picture and I can schedule services in advance. Unbelievably reliable. Today, my dog had a medical issue while on a walk. From the management to the walker, it was professionalism, care, and communication at its best. They called myself, my husband, and provided detailed feedback to provide our doctor. I felt reassured that my pup was well taken care of and was able to quickly get him. Even afterwards they checked in on him and us. Wow. Do yourself and your animal family a favor and sign up with Allys. read more

I can't tell you how relieved we are to have found Ally McPets! I can finally travel with peace of mind our beloved pets and home are safe and very well cared for! Jill is a true professional in her field and has a staff of friendly experts that will come to your home and take care of not just the pets but they tend to the trash, lights, mail, etc. so your home will be secure and appear lived in while you're away. When you're a new customer, you will have a meet and greet with Jill and her staff member coming to your home to meet you and the pets. Jill asks lots of details and also you'll complete a very nice profile on you, the pets, home, alarms, medications, anything else that is needed. Everything is documented and followed to a T. We traveled for 2wks and our 3 cats were very well cared for, loved and happy with their visits with professional pet expert Janan. Janan sent via email and also thru my account with Ally McPets a thorough report of what was done with each 30min visit, including photos of the kitties looking very happy(even our very shy kitty was comfortable!!). Litterboxes were kept super clean, including the areas around the boxes(one kitty is BIG guy, he's messy). My only regret is not finding Ally McPets sooner. read more

Katrina was great! Really appreciated how quickly Jill responded back w any questions I had.

Absolutely love Ally McPets! We have used them to walk out two golden retrievers who are 10-1/2 years apart. Katrina has been our usual walker beginning when our puppy was 4 months old. She is outstanding as is Amber, who walked them when Katrina was on vacation. The first time occurred when we were out of state and we had a house/dog sitter. Let me tell you, I didn't have to worry about a thing. They do an in depth meet and greet beforehand and ask good questions. The dogs were very happy to walk with these kind, wonderful ladies. The procedures for booking and paying for the services are very easy too and they are so prompt at getting back to you. An added bonus is that after services are performed, you get pictures of your pets along with a status report. If you treasure your fur babies, they are in good hands with Ally McPets!! read more

Highly recommend Ally McPets! The website is very easy to use and Jill is so responsive. After the meet and greet I knew our cat Ricky would be well cared for while we were on a long trip. The daily reports and photos were confirmation that he was doing just fine without us! read more

After my usual pet sitter was to be traveling during the Thanksgiving holiday, I called a few places & Ally McPets was the first service to answer their phone. Jill and her staff are so fantastic and professional. All our animals, cats, bunnies, guinea pig and cockatiels don't seem to care if we're gone or not. The plants get watered as well. We Highly recommend Ally Mcpets. read more

I am a cat lady, and I would never trust just anyone with my cats. Ally McPets is awesome! Jill is very professional and easy to communicate with - she responds within hours! Monica watches my cats when I'm away. She has a lovely quiet manner, and my cats love her. She goes above and beyond, and even my escape-artist kitties can't get past her because she's so careful. Highly recommend Ally McPets when you're on vacation. My cats are much more comfortable at home than at in a small cage, and their prices are very reasonable. read more

I cannot day enough great things about Ally McPets! We have been using them for the last 2 years to pet sit our two cats and they've been fantastic. Jill and her team made us feel so comfortable and secure that our guys were being takin care of. Some highlights I loved: 1. Online booking portal - there is an online portal where you can book and schedule your pet sitting/walks/etc. Its really convenient and efficient. 2. Pet Profile - when you first meet the team, they take down extensive notes on feeding, allergies, habits (example: our cats only drink water out of a specific cup) and then keep this info on your online profile (includes a pic of your pet). Really made us feel reassured that no matter who on the team watched them, they could access their information. 3. Service Report (my fav part): this pertains to pet sitting, not sure if she provides for dog walking, etc. but they send you a service report post their pet sitting visit with pics! It really makes you feel calm and know that someone is actually checking in on your guys. I could go on, but basically - use Ally McPets. You won't be disappointed! read more

We love our pet sitters! Scheduling is straightforward, the sitters are available if there are any questions, issues are quickly communicated and we get pictures at every visit. I think the cats are disappointed when we get back, they love the playtime and attention with the sitters. I feel comfortable leaving my boys in Jill's sitters' capable hands. read more

I trust Jill 100%. She is so kind and trustworthy! She has earned her 5 star reviews. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies!!!

I just started using your service. Very pleased and my fur babies seem to be as well. Most importantly. Very professional and very reliable and always a quick response. I highly recommend their services. Jill and Adrienne are very compassionate as well. I would give 10 stars!!! read more

Outstanding service! Very professional business. We have definitely found the purrrfect sitters for our 4 cats, marine fish & some plants too. Where Jill & her husband absolutely nailed it & took care of it ALL while we were on vacation. I had great peace of mind this holiday which was a relief from the past before we found Jill! read more

Extremely glad to know i can travel with my mind at ease about my cat (after not leaving her for over a year) w Ally Mcpets. I went through 2 potential pet sitters before i landed on ally mcpets. The process with them was professional/thrifty every step of the way. The critical slam dunk was that they have diverse experience with pets - dogs and cats (uncommon). Service and effort was beyond expectations. They (jill) even noticed our automatic cat feeder busted, notified us, and remedied the problem (on christmas day!). All this was accomplished during the busy holiday season. *key note with these guys is that the person who does the initial visit is the same person who takes care of the pet. read more

Jill and her team are amazing! It had been my first time to leave my cat home alone over 3 days and had been a little nervous but all my concerns disappeared when the cat-sitter lady came to my place to greet and met my cat. Amber, the cat-sitter, is very friendly and cheerful. my cat came out from under the bed and met her, which is very unusual. I definitely will cime back to Jill and I wil recommend her to my friends! read more

It doesn't get any better than Jill. We have used a few sitters in the south bay but none come close to Jill. She keeps us posted with any needed updates and always gets back to us when we text or call! She cleans up the kitchen where the our kitties stay when we're gone. We really think she goes the extra mile for us. Thanks Jill! read more

Ally McPets gets 5 stars for prompt email responses and availability and 1 star for the giant mess of a peed-on house that was left after 8 days of cat sitting that Jill did. There was dried pee in both bathrooms, that reeked to high heaven, yet the liter boxes were both racked and the cleaning supplies were untouched on the counter. There was some sort of mess tracked all through the kitchen, in distinct, human foot print form. There was vomit on multiple surfaces. All of it dry from many days past. I know, we only paid for one visit a day, but I was hoping that the visit would include making sure my cats were not peeing on every surface they could find. We arrived home late last night and spent hours trying to air out the place just enough to sleep and now we are trying to replace the liter boxes and all of the bathroom rugs as well as hire a carpet cleaner to try and get our home smelling less like a cat urinal. This is our second experience with Jill and the first time the place was a little messy, but nothing major, this time, however, is unacceptable. read more

I love Jill at Ally McPets. She has been looking after my two cats for the past year. I travel a ton and have a schedule that constantly changes. I can always count on Jill to be there for us. Jill took care of my cats, Dante and Pepper, for 2 years before I moved away from the south bay. Pepper is an extremely shy cat, who sometimes won't even come out of the bedroom for friends that she's known for years. She warmed up to and trusted Jill right away, which was a huge good sign and made me feel much better about leaving both cats in her care. I travel often (sometimes 2-3 times a month) for business, and never worried about a thing when leaving Jill in charge. She is reliable, responsible and always took great care of the cats as well as my house. I am a little particular when it comes to certain things, and she always exceeded my expectations. For example, she'd clean up the cat food area, would make sure everything was topped off, etc and would give the cats lots of love and attention. I could always tell the difference by how calm and relaxed they were when I got home! When Jill wasn't available on dates I needed service (which was rare), she always had a highly qualified alternate sitter available to step in. I had great experiences with those ladies as well. I trust Jill and Ally McPets completely and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. I was sad to lose her when I moved! read more

I love Jill and Ally McPets! I travel a ton for work, sometimes at the last minute and sometimes for fun. I can call for service at any time and not worry. They always take excellent care!! I have been a client of Ally McPets for more than 10 years. I have a crazy cat that both hisses and purrs at the same time- to say that she isn't that enthused about most humans is an understatement- I am lucky to be allowed in the house! Jill's team take excellent care of her when I am not home. They even go the extra step when I am feeling nervous about Miss Sofie and will send me an update via text. They scoop her box, feed her and will water the plants and bring the mail in if I need. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur baby! They even won Pet Sitter of the Year a year or so ago!! If you need Pet Sitting- these guys are the Best! read more

If you need a pet sitter, these are your people! From the moment they came for the consultation visit to meet my cat, I knew I trusted them. I used them for almost a year and never had any problems. Jill watched over my two cats Charlie and Dexter for 8 days while I was away. I came home to a couple of cats that obviously missed me, but not that much. I could tell they'd had visits and were properly looked after. Jill kept the house tidy, litter box clean, cats fed with wet and dry food, fresh water, cleaned up vomit, and even got my mail for me. Charlie is an older cat who requires a pill each day which Jill was able to manage. This was my first time using this cat sitter and will be my #1 go to sitter from now on. Thanks Ally McPets!!! read more

I have been using Ally McPets for about 15+ years. I always had medium to large dogs, which jill and her employees can handle. We were blown away by the service we received from Ally McPets. Jill very kindly made time to meet us and schedule visits with our cat so we could take a last minute vacation. She was incredibly kind and professional and made us feel very comfortable leaving our cat in her care. I could not recommend her more highly and definitely plan to call her again. read more

I highly recommend Ally McPets!!! My husband and I recently moved to Redondo Beach and was in need of a petsitter for our 2 kitties, Hitch and Mischa. Monica always sends pics and texts us to let us know how they are doing while we are gone which definitely gives us peace of mind! If you're looking for caring, loving pet sitters, look no further then Ally McPets!! read more

I recently used Jill's services for my two cats. I went on vacation for 7 days and knew I needed someone to help! Ally McPets is affordable and a great service! Most of the pet sitting services I found online were way expensive and more tailored to dogs, which my cats don't need much attention. Thankfully I found Ally McPets on Yelp! She came over every day, gave them wet food, kept the litter box clean and got my mail. It was so worth it! She also washed the dishes she used for the cat food (which I told her she could just leave everything in the sink!) and took the trash out (she also did not need to do that but I am very happy that she went above and beyond what was asked of her =D ) read more

Jill has been taking care of my cat Jesse for years now. Jesse is a bit of a scaredy-cat, and Jill is one of her three favorite people.
