The class was canceled due to potential severe weather, which was completely understandable. Afterward, I kept checking their website for a rescheduled class, but for the next six months, there were no line dance classes listed. I checked multiple times over that period and found nothing. Eventually, I reached out to request a refund, only to be told by the owner that they had held a class the previous weekend and that it had been listed online--so no refund would be issued. Instead, I was offered a credit toward a different class, but we weren't interested in anything else they offered. Whether or not the class was posted online, we never saw it--and we had been checking regularly. So, fine--they can keep the money, but we won't be returning. Their scheduling seems disorganized, and the professionalism and customer service left a lot to be desired.
