Don't bother booking a time, appointments clearly don't mean much here. The client before me was late, and instead of staying on schedule, they started that client late, which pushed my appointment back even though I arrived 20 minutes early. Someone else's lateness shouldn't affect a client who showed up on time. I told my stylist I needed to be out by 10 p.m., but I didn't leave until 1 a.m. I understand things happen, but communication is key. When I calmly asked if a discount could be considered for the delay, I was threatened with having the police called, and even worse, told they'd cut my hair off. That's how they handle clients. If you value your time and self-respect, I wouldn't recommend this salon. But if you're looking for something cheap and chaotic, maybe this is your spot. And to management, do better. Cussing out and threatening a young adult isn't strength; it's a lack of respect. At your age, you should be setting the example, not losing control.
