In regards to the business the staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable of the outcomes of the lipo laser (only service I get). The owner is the most knowledgeable. So ask for her if you have any questions that are not answered. She's professional and very responsive. In regards to the treatment. If all you do is drink the amount of water they tell you and don't eat 1hr before this will not work for you. I've done the procedure both ways: 1. With the above instructions and 2. With the following: I got a professional trainer who has measured everything (inches, body fat, BMI, etc) and they also provide a meal plan for weight loss and muscle building. Every body is different so what works for me might not work for you. When meeting with my trainer 3-4 times a week, exercising on my own the rest of the week, sticking to my strict meal plan 5-6 days a week (had 1 cheat day on occasional weeks) not only did my stomach get flat, but my skin also retracted. My problem area is my lower belly, and the owner was worried that I would need a different treatment after lipo laser sessions because after the fat is dissolved that particular skin tends to be lose and sag, but this was not my case. This could be due to the workout sessions, or just my genes. But as I'm losing the fat in my belly, the lower belly skin is not sagging. My point is, this is a lifestyle change. Since it was my first time, I showed up 10 mins before my scheduled appointment as I did not know what to expect. The moment I opened the door, I got attacked by her dog. Dog ran after me even outside and it freaked me out. I'm terrified of dogs and here she had hers right there, without even a leash, ready to attack anyone that even dares to walk in the door. Her excuse was she lost track of time and did not want to leave her dog at home for 12 hours. That's very unprofessional of her but fine, I was thinking maybe she's going to make up for this incident in the session. But no. Each session is supposed to be 40 mins long. She cut mine short to 25-30 mins. When I asked her why it wasn't a full session, she said there wasn't enough time since she had another appointment scheduled and I had to fill out paperwork. There was no paperwork to fill out. It was one single form that requires your basic info, which took 2 mins at the most. Remind you, I showed up early and had I not been attacked by her dog, she would have had more time. Did I mention she has no team? She runs the Woodbridge Office by herself. Not my problem! Keeping all of this aside, I asked her what she would recommend for future sessions. She said she offers a package of 5 or 6 sessions for $1,500. That's $250 a session. How is that a package deal when I just paid $129 for one session, which showed zero results? She said it was cheaper than getting a surgery. Wow! I don't need a surgery because I'm not a huge person. I'm pretty small. I weight 120 pounds but I have few problematic areas. I wasn't looking for a miracle or had any unrealistic expectations but if you can't help me loose a single inch from any of the targeted area of my body or help the appearance of the skin in any way then what the hell am I paying even a dime for? 0.04 here and 0.02 and 0.03 there is her way of manipulating you to believe you have lost a total inch when everything looks and feels the same. She can tighten that measuring tape all she wants but no one is that stupid. Anyways, I asked her if a wrap would help instead and she said no, not really. It's more of a detox. Well, if none of her services help loose inches, or help the appearance of your body or tighten any area then why are you false advertising it? Then she said it wouldn't work, not for my body. Wait, what is that supposed to mean? If wrap doesn't work on small average bodies then is it only meant for huge/fat ones? Wouldn't they need surgery? According to her, if I wasn't happy with my first session, she doesn't feel comfortable doing anything else. At that point she came across really rude and racist towards me. She didn't even want to explain anything after that pretending she doesn't know anything. Oh well, I'm glad I did not sign up for that "package deal". I do not recommend her to anyone. For the consultation, he was ran late due to a personal emergency, which I was understanding about, but it it still felt rushed. I did confirm during the consult that a compression garment would be included. On the day of the procedure, his assistant arrived about 90 minutes late. During the procedure, I noticed he was not wearing a surgical mask, which concerned me. The numbing agent he administered was significantly more painful than I had anticipated. While I was in discomfort during the administration, they took a couple phone calls that were coming in. This felt distracting and, in my view, not appropriate under the circumstances. He also commented that he was surprised by the level of discomfort I was experiencing and noted that my tissue seemed more fibrous than expected for my age, which I did not find reassuring. At the end of the procedure, when his nurse asked about the compression garment, he stated that it had not yet been ordered and would need to be placed that evening, with delivery expected several days later. In the meantime, I was sent home in a binder. When the garment arrived on day 3, it provided noticeably better compression than what I had initially been given. I did not receive a follow-up call the next day and reached out myself later that afternoon with concerns about swelling and firmness in certain areas. A follow-up appointment was not proactively scheduled, and I later contacted him again about six weeks post-procedure due to ongoing concerns. He never offered a 6-month follow-up appointment. For comparison, several months after this, I had a tumescent liposuction thighs procedure with a different provider, and that experience differed significantly in terms of overall organization, pain level, and post-procedure care. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations for communication, preparation, and follow-up for a procedure of this nature. I am also not satisfied with my final results, which contributed to my overall disappointment.
