They asked if I was in the right place and kept staring at me. I said the number I called and they were more confused but I showed them it was the one on Google and my call log for yesterday. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager took my number and told me to hold. Then said there was a double booking and if I waited 45min they would give me a discount. Meanwhile the staff was staring at me and I've never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was also filthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The salon is cute, clean, comfortable, and doesn't have that strong nail salon smell. They can be pricier but for me it's worth it for the service and quality. I believe they're appointment only. Parking in front is very limited and they're right next to an auto shop so there could be times the parking is not accessible. so be prepared to look for street parking. If they didn't have time for my appointment, they could have simply said so. I've never been treated so rudely at a nail salon and will absolutely NOT be returning. PS - I also have no mean bone in my body so this review is coming from someone who doesn't raise their voice/doesn't like arguments. The whole time I was very kind and even apologized when she said she was ready to go home. This is the only reason I'm writing this review, I don't think it's fair to be so rude to customers when they're just here for your service. I generally had a good experience, along with the two others that came with me, and felt confident after the manicure. Sad to say, the gel lasted barely 2 weeks before it started lifting. I've never had this happen to me anywhere I've had nails done. There was nothing excessive from my day to day either and I even tried wearing gloves to protect them more than my usual since I knew I was getting married. I did reach out to all six and they offered to only fix the nails that had lifted but that didn't feel right given 3 fixed nails wouldn't have been nice relative to 7 unfixed nails. So i decided to forego it completely. The gel also started peeling yesterday on an additional finger too. It's not even a month and it's been a huge disappointment for the price point to be honest.
