This review is overdue. I've been going to Dr Maronian for a couple of years now...and sure wish that I had found him sooner! His work is impeccable...( I've had a crown and a 3 tooth bridge that he's made) but beyond his amazing work...he is a genuinely nice guy! He gives you all of your options and explains each in detail...and never ever hard sells anything. I like the fact that he gives me all my options with the positive and negative for each and lets me make up my mind! And the lovely young ladies that work there, Alex & Alondra are sooo sweet. Alex is at the front desk and Alondra is the dental hygienist... I think I got that right...they are always so friendly...I felt welcomed the minute I walked into the office...and I still get that feeling every time I go there. Customer service seems to be a dying sport! Dr Maronian's office goes above & beyond to be helpful and welcoming... I'd give them 100 stars if I could! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Maronian for many years. I love his style of patient care. His collaborative approach to healthcare is amazing. He never tells you what you must have done, he gives options and recommendations, then with the greatest of care and skillful technique, he fixes me. My family all see Raffi and we treasure our relationship with him. read more

Love love love allure dental!! Dr. Maronian and his team are amazing! I've been seeing them for years now and have always had a pleasant experience.. my teeth don't bleed or hurt when they're getting cleaned. I schedule and get seen so easily and immediately. I don't have to wait for nonsense like other dentists I've been to. They do not overcharge or oversell like other dentists. The office is clean, good parking, and good office hours. I highly recommend this dentistry! They'll take good care of you! read more

Update on my previous review. Had to have my zirconia crown that Dr raffi did redone somewhere else . Dentist that had to redo It charged me 1200 dollars to fix what this office screwed up. The dentist pointed out all the mistakes Dr raffi made prepping my tooth for a zirconia crown left enamel on It the build up under crown was wrong I had a big margin (gap) where food was getting stuck. When I went back to Dr Maronian he made excuses for his work said well Teeth move I'll have to charge you for another crown. And then tried to charge me for the office visit to recheck his own work. Well I got my crown redone by someone better skilled and more knowlegable than him and pointed out and explained all the mistakes he made. Seems like Dr raffi needs some continued education from His prestigious usc dental school read more

I just love my dentist! How many people can say that? My great experience started with the first phone call to make an appointment! Alex, in the front office, is so professional and personable. She always offers many appointment times and dates. She applies my insurance with all work done flawlessly. Then my hygienist, Alondra, gently takes xrays and cleans my teeth. All painlessly and with an awesome attitude. And then my dentist! Raffi J. Maronian is just the best. Obviously he knows his stuff! He assesses the xrays and gives excellent counsel. He doesn't push for unnecessary procedures and keeps my teeth as healthy as possible. He really connects with his patients and is completely approachable. My whole family is treated here. This dental office is the full package! They were a recommendation to me, and now I recommend them to you! read more

I just wanted to start by saying that this dentist is one of the best I've been too. Always very welcoming and love the honesty. Since I've been coming here (2021) I have always had a great experience. I have gotten my teeth whitening and deep cleanings. Very professional and knowledgeable. read more

Love everyone here they make you feel comfortable and isn't scary like all other dental offices

I'm actually laughing at the only two reviews that rated them with one star and just falsified information. There is no way either of those situations happened trust me! I have been a long time patient with this amazing office and clearly everybody else had a great review they're all fives except for these two people. This dental facility is top standard number one in my book and from this review I happily refer you all. The office will appreciate that too please give them a chance if you're looking for a new dentist. Dr. Maronian and his staff, two adorable sisters Alex and Alondra, run this place so smoothly.. They're BEYOND kind, they don't tell you that you need something you don't need...even cash out of pocket without insurance is so reasonable. I am broke as a ton of us are and I can handle the cost for all my visits Most other dental facilities you cannot find the quality Care and family oriented service. I've never had such a good experience...I'm so glad one of my friends referred me one day a few years ago because I'm never going anywhere else so long as Dr Maronian is on God's green earth. Love you Dr. M Alex and Alondra Your favorite patient Mary D. Lol jk read more

You have a small practice here that is run very efficiently. Two of the sweetest and hottest I might add, techs who are very good at what they do(fun fact: they are sisters). Then there is the dentist himself Dr. Raffi Maronian. Great dentist explains everything to you and has a great chair side demeanor. Super clean office. No one likes going to the dentist. These guys will change your attitude on that... read more

This dentist was recommended to me by a friend and has become my regular dentist for about 3 years. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Alondra and Alejandra are always kind and patient with everyone. Best dental office in the SF valley! I have always hated the dentist until I came here Dr. Maronian and his staff make the office visits comfortable and easy for a patient who has dental anxiety. I would highly recommend going here for great dental work and experience. read more

Better than family! Warm, welcoming, always going above and beyond the call of duty. It is impossible to exaggerate how lovely this whole operation is. Even without traffic, the round-trip from my home is in excess of an hour and a half. And I wouldn't even dream of looking for somebody closer. Nobody could possibly approach the uniquely welcoming and personable {not to mention superb!} Dr. Maronian and his adorable staff, including the unforgettable Ms. "BIG-BIG!" (She got this name because when I am blotto under the nitrous, I can hear her voice rising above the fog, encouraging me to open up my mouth "big big big, big big!" read more

My husband and I have been going here for years. The prices are reasonable and they are very honest with you about your dental needs. They have always done a great job cleaning among other things. They fixed my husband's crowns at a fraction of the cost of what another dentist estimated and they did a great job on my fillings as well. Oh and they are so personable and friendly to their clients! They make you feel like family!! :-) read more

Like many I have dental anxiety. But Dr Maronian and his staff have been a godsend. I feel cared for from the moment I enter the building. The staff is always respectful and friendly. Dr M keeps you distracted while also helping you understand what he is doing. It's nice to know what is going on and what to expect. Highly recommended. read more

Dr. Maronian is the best! I've been going to him for many years. I have also referred Raffi to many of my friends, who also love him! This office has all the latest equipment. I feel like he is very conservative with his procedures and won't perform anything that is unnecessary. His cleanings are very quick and painless. read more

Me and my son had an appointment yesterday and we had a great experience. The girls at the office are helpful and so nice and the dentist was nice and explained what he was doing throughout the process. My son also commented on how he really liked this place. I felt very comfortable and not as anxious because of the staff. I would highly recommend this dental office. read more

With the majority of dentists cramming unneeded tooth care services to get your money out of your pocket , Dr. Raffi M is the exception. The feeling we all get when we go see a dentist is not present in this office. They really make you feel like part of the family and Dr. Raffi does not forget your last conversation. They are just phenomenal and I would recommend anyone still looking, to get over at Allure and sign up! read more

Update: I was lied to. I went here and was told i had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning with follow up cleanings etc... I had such a strange feeling so i went for a second opinion and the dentist told and showed me that i do not have gum disease at all. This company is a fraud in my book. Initial post: Customer service is a big deal to me. The receptionist here was nice and sweet, but, she disregarded calling me back several times in one day but I overlooked it and thought, let me just try the dentist and look past her. The dentist and assistant were great and had a totally different vibe then the receptionist. On another day, she again, told me she would try to help me and call me back. Never did. It's important to help new nervous patients feel comfortable. Nice isn't just a sweet voice, it's being considerate as well. Final thoughts, if I am frustrated at the door, it doesn't matter what else happens. There are plenty of good dentists out there with considerate receptionists. I'm sick of fake nice customer service, frankly. Okay so to top it off for me, the same receptionist calls me after reading her review and tries to convince me that she was confused and that she called me back but my baby was crying so she was waiting for my call. This is so unprofessional. She somehow snuck an "I'm sorry you feel that way" in. Rather than saying I am sorry for treating you that way. First of all, I would never answer my phone if my baby was crying, I do however recall her calling once when he was sleeping in which I returned her call but this was a different occasion and she was trying to convince me it was my fault for her poor customer service. Once again, a sweet voice only gets you so far. I feel bad because I am not usually particular but that is what Yelp is for, to give honest reviews. read more

Dr. Raffi is the most aswesome dentist on the planet. He is very kind and gentle. I bring my whole family here and have never been disappointed. If you are truly scared of the dentist he will change that after the first meeting. He will talk you through whole procedure to keep you aware of what Is going on. Allure Dental - Best dentist ever! - General Dentistry Near Me - West Hills, California

I was referred here by my cousin, who has been seeing Dr. Raffi for years! He was excellent in explaining the plan to strengthen my dental health. The process was quick and painless, even though I had to get more than 7 fillings and a root canal in one visit. The Doctor also advised of after care. The team of associates that assist you at this office are top notch! You can tell they actually care and remember you when you return. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. I have had bad experiences at other offices, where I felt I was ripped off, or they were trying to sell me something that I did not need. I have dental insurance and other offices always seemed to find a way to charge me up to a $1000 even though it was a few minor things I needed. Dr. Raffi gave me the choice of what I could do and what was most cost effective in the long run. I really felt like I was in control of my dental health for the first time in a long time! Thank you Allure Dental! I will be a patient for life! read more

Amazing. It's been 6 months since, I last came here. Highly recommend. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional; always willing to help and answer questions. Esmeralda is a real Friendly receptionist always calls to confirm appointments! (Which I always forget) I was referred to Dr. Maronian (2 years ago) by a close friend. I work literally 2 minutes away, without even knowing this GEM of a place existed! Besides the fact that they are excellent at what they do, everyone in the office is extremely friendly and very professional. Makes going to a Dentist Office more relaxing. read more

I can't tell you what a blessing it has been for me and my family to find Dr. Maronian, Danielle and Esmerelda. For years I have dreaded going to the dentist, and have endured sub-par work, uneccessary pain and frustration. Since my first visit with Dr. Maronian, my fear of the dentist has vanished. He is a perfectionist, which is refreshing to find in a dentist. He talks you through every step, is completely honest and his work speaks for itself. Ive had several root canals, crowns and caps and all of them have outlasted anything my other dentist tried to do. Now, my husband and I's entire family go to Dr. Maronian, and I will keep sending new clients his way. Dr. Maronian and his staff are an absolute gem in the SF Valley and I couldn't be happier!!! read more

I was referred to "Dr. Raffi" by my brother who is TERRIFIED of all dentists! I'm so glad I took his advice. Not only is Dr. Raffi (and his entire staff) knowledgeable and efficient but they achieve this while being so personable. Dr. Raffi literally "save my smile." No this is no joke, he noticed that one of my front teeth was dropping and gave me the advice necessary to save my tooth! I love how he explains everything so well. So much so that my entire family has now moved over to his ULTRA technologically advanced office and we are all exceptionally happy! Too bad it took me till almost 57 years of age to find a great dentist. Dr Maronian is not a salesman but rather a caring thorough dentist! His professionalism and wonderful demeanor were so welcome. Friendly receptionist and dentist but they are ridiculously priced. I have been coming to see Dr. Maronian for years now. He was referred to me by more than one very happy patient, and I refer others to him on a very regular basis. Dr Maronion did a great job with my teeth. Another dentist did a terrible job putting veneers on my teeth. Dr Maronian re-did all the veneers and gave me Hollywood worthy smile that constantly gets compliments. I trust Dr Maronian to take care of my entire family. read more

Who would ever say that going to a dentist's office is great? In this case, you can say that! Dr. Maronian and his staff have treated me like family since I first went to his office. I was referred to him by a friend, and apparently he gets a lot of his business in this manner. I had to look for another dentist after I found that my longtime dentist was doing substandard work, and I have found Dr. Maronian to be incredibly ethical, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. I often find that great doctors sometimes have office staff that does not allow them to a great office; this is not the case at Allure Dental. Esmerelda greets you with all of the information that you need. She is super organized, and incredibly friendly. I feel like I am catching up with a friend when I make my appointments. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch care. read more
