This might be the best sandwich shop in NH and it is in a gas station! The negative reviews are all…read moreabout the gas station, not the food counter, so the businesses sharing the same name is unfortunate. I have been here 6 times so far, every time I go to or from the airport since I found it. The first time, I ordered a BLAT and went out to my car to eat. It was the best thing I had eaten in months. So good in fact, I went back inside, pulled money from the ATM, thanked the chef and left a $20 tip on a $10 sandwich. Everything else I have tried has been excellent. The meats have a true smoked favor, the bread is always toasted perfectly, the sauces are excellent, and the other ingredients are fresh. You can eat at the counter, clean and open, or take the food with you. Either way, I highly recommend you stop in. This is good people selling great food at a fair price. Can't beat that.

I wouldn't normally review a gas station... However, the newest associate that is frequently there…read more(Emmalee) is so ridiculously, blatantly bad at her job that I literally cannot fathom how she got it in the first place. I'm not talking about making mistakes. I'm talking about literally making people stand at the counter and wait while she stares at her phone from her seat and ignores them. And then, once she decides she has to deal with the customer so that she can go back to staring at her phone undisturbed, she will begrudgingly "help" without speaking and looking thoroughly inconvenienced. It's so bad that it almost doesn't even seem possible.

For a starter we split the short rib poutine which was excellent, and just the right size to leave us some room for lunch. My own meal was the berry goat cheese salad which was excellent. Service was excellent and our table tucked in a quiet corner with a view out the window was very comfortable.
