Location: Convenient and easy to get to both for I-35 travelers and for Dentonites (right on 35 and Teasley). Price: usually the cheapest I see (often even a couple cents cheaper than across the street). Other perks: feels newer and less sketch than a lot of gas stations tend to be. They even have the TV displays where you can watch TV for a couple minutes while you pump,

I confirmed i was the owner after he quizzed my license # and address... I took all the cash out to give him. He refused. The wallet was hand tooled leather with my name on it. The cash was unimportant. I insisted and he politely refused again. I asked how I can pay him back and he said, shop here, buy gas! So about 14 yrs later, I still do. He's an Iranian American man. This location just earned its fifth star -- and it's not just about the food (although that's…read moreconsistently solid). I originally gave this place four stars because it's one of the best-run fast food spots in town. The staff is genuinely friendly, they never mess up my order (which is rare around here), and the food is always hot and fresh -- especially the chicken. On top of that, the restaurant is consistently clean, from the dining area to the drink station. Tables are wiped down quickly, floors are tidy, and it actually feels well cared for, which is not something you can say about every fast-food location. But here's what pushed it to five stars: this location offers 10% off to all students and teachers -- including college -- with ID. That's huge. They also give 10% to military, veterans, and first responders, and from what I understand, that's specific to this location. That kind of community support deserves recognition. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, accurate orders, fresh food, and real appreciation for teachers and service members? That's a five-star operation. 5 STARS to #SHOPLOCAL, and don't sleep on one of the best kept secrets in Wise County!
