Stopped here for gas and was pretty much uneventful until I went into the store to use the…read morerestroom. It felt a bit grungy and dirty. As I was walking to the restroom and looking down at the floor (and luckily I was) I noticed crickets creeping around. I'm not too freaked out by crickets, but I felt that the rest of the establishment was probably pretty filthy. Possibly other insects crawling/eating food items around the store. Yikes! Just think about that for a minute the next time you grab a drink or food item. The bathroom was a typical bathroom at a gas station. It was definitely no Buc-ee's. I would have gone elsewhere, but I really needed to use the bathroom.

The men's was closed for cleaning but it wasn't actually being cleaned it was just blocked off. I politely asked the young woman if I could use the restroom and she said I could not because they had just mopped the floor. I pointed out that the women's restroom seemed available with the door open and the light off and wondered if I could use that one. "WE JUST TOLD YOU WE MOPPED THE FLOORS!!!" (Responded a 60 year ish lady with all white hair and rimmed glasses) I responded oh that one as well?
