There are a million Allstate brokers, use someone else. The customer service here is HORRENDOUS. Its taken over 2 hours to receive my insurance card via email. During the initial call where I requested a new insurance card, I told the woman that I'd like to wait on the phone until I received it. After about 5 minutes of silence I said "Have you sent it yet?" and with no response I realized she put me on hold, and didn't even tell me. I hung up after about 10 minutes of silence and called back. I've now called back 4 times to check the status and I'm told by an annoyed and exasperated person "I'll get to it in a minute" followed by an immediate hang up.
