Even the messiest of situations are expertly, compassionately and swiftly navigated with Leah at the helm. The insurance industry is bonkers right now, and Leah stays on top of everything and will help you find what you need EVEN if she isn't getting your business. But, trust me, give it to her if she offers it. Her expertise and kindness are worth every penny. Highly recommend home owners insurance, tools-only policy, and fleet insurance.

I called to get a new policy on home/auto/umbrella bundle and Chris picked up right away. He moved here from NIH. He explained the different coverage options, questions/prompts, and was very thorough. Unfortunately Farmers would not insure my house, but Chris also sent me a quote from a different company that would. I didn't use this other company either and even after it was clear that I would not be buying anything from Chris, he continued helping me clarify some car insurance questions. I got the sense that Chris is someone with integrity and enjoys helping others with their insurance issues. I wish he could be my agent!

If you're looking for help with life insurance or any sort of financial planning, look no further!!…read moreI really appreciate all the help and advice that I receive from this group. Swapan has been really helpful in providing transparent financial advice to myself and open to providing advice to friends and family that I recommend him to. I'm not super savvy in numbers or financial planning but Swapan really does a great job at being patient and explaining everything in simple relatable terms and examples. He was also very accommodating, offering to meet in person, over the telephone or over zoom to explain everything or answer questions I had. Over the time that I have worked with him, he's helped me not only understand the importance and benefits of life insurance but also the differences in the types of life insurances. Then once I felt fully comfortable and fully knowledgeable about it, I made a choice on which policy to go with. We were able to complete the whole application process quickly over the telephone!! Swapan really helped me feel like a person and not just a "new policy" when helping me. It was really refreshing to have a more humanistic approach and not feel like I'm just being read a script and not feeling pressured to agree to a policy. I feel like I actually know what I'm getting from my policy this time. Swapan was really patient with me and made sure I understood everything and all my options along with the pros/cons of each policy option. Ultimately he helped me pick the most beneficial type of life insurance to meet my current needs and long term goals. It really was a pleasure to have him assist me.

Don't waste your time with her, and honestly don't waste your time with Allstate either. They clearly don't care about their customers or providing any real service. I tried to set up auto payment on your website to get my $10 credit and just could not do it. I received a renewal invoice stating that if I sign up for auto renewal, I would save $10. But because I have been a member since XXXXX, I guess I got the $10 credit decades ago and do NOT qualify for it again. The invoice was NOT clear! The employee could not get me my $10 credit, so I just paid my $$ and left. Atmosphere - Still a new-looking location. Plenty of parking. Open 6 days a week from 9am to 5pm or 6pm. Closed Sundays. Service - 5 stars, my favorite AAA branch. Rarely any customers. No need for appointments, just walk-in. I waited less than 5 minutes. Price - $300, was able to pay via credit card... Cut and pasted from their website as this was VERY confusing: "DMV transactions accept credit/debit cards and cash, insurance transactions accept debit cards, cash and checks, and all other transactions accept credit/debit cards, cash and checks for payment." Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since the 1900's and at this location for the last 15+ years.
