When I first started dealing with everything, I had a lot of questions and frustration because I didn't understand how the process worked. Glenda was different. She actually took the time to listen to me, explain things, and help me understand what was happening instead of making me feel like I was just another claim number. What stood out to me most was her patience and the way she treated me with respect. There was a point where I was really stressed out, and her taking the time to talk with me and explain the process genuinely helped calm me down. I also appreciate that she told me she was researching the situation and continued working through the information instead of just rushing through it. I understand that there are procedures she has to follow and things that are outside of her control, and I respect that. I don't know how GEICO handles employee recognition, but I truly believe Glenda deserves to be recognized for the way she communicates with customers and represents the company. Customer service can make a huge difference when someone is already going through a difficult situation, and she made a difficult process easier for me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason who is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was he able to quote me pricing for over 30 insurance companies in a matter of minutes, but he also went through what I actually needed! Jason didn't try to up-sell me, he asked me a bunch of questions to see if I qualified for any deductions, and sure enough he was able to get me a few deductions my last company didn't even bother telling me I qualified for! Jason was able to get me quotes from main carriers like Progressive to independent companies who are just as good and offer better rates. Jessica at this location is very helpful. She speaks clearly and explains things well. She is also very nice. The claims process was seamless. They even e-mailed me when they made payments to the dealership and rental car company. They guarantee the work for life as long as you go to one of the repair places they recommend. Oh yeah, and they are charging me $65 less per month for the exact coverage that I had with the other company. **Fun Fact. I had contacted a different State Farm local agency and the representative was so unprofessional and wouldn't call me back. I tried a couple of times. I even got quotes from other insurance companies because I thought State Farm was not a good company. Luckily I found this branch of State Farm.
