Been loyal customer with Allstate for over 20 years. Never had an issue until Mall Pruitt became my new agent. When I file a claim, he was no where to help, always claiming he never got the information that he requested. When I would ask for confirmation, he would ghost me and I never received any confirmation, no contact or update, no call back. I would always have to requested for confirmation of any transaction but would never received any thing. He would always said "I do my best" but never hear anything. He favorite saying is that "insurance doesn't work that way". Well, I told him to cancel my policy and that's how that works, if you don't take care of your loyal customers, who would want to stay with a company that just steals from you! He just lost a loyal paying customer! Poor service, poor communication, deceitful, and untruthful! Stay away from the Matt Pruitt insurance agency in Gainesville, GA. If he is your agent I would change agent or cancel policy, he will most likely reject your claim and make it hard for you! read more
